I thought of including the red arrows in the coat of arms but decided against it.

I love my collection of commissions. 🛡️

This is not even the entire set. I love this community. These are completely fictitious arms, designed and adopted by myself with no outside granting authority.

What is your favorite flag with an animal on it? Modern, historical, subnational, etc.

While I’m sure there will be plenty of eagles to go around, what is your favorite flag that has an animal on it? Of any kind. One of my all time favorites is the flag for the historical Kingdom of Siam, which depicts the prestigious white elephant on its center. Which is yours?

Extra challenge: only real animals. Not mythical ones.

Which God/daimon best presides over cold, snow, or ice?

To effect a weather spell or for magic relating to cold weather, which god or daimon would be best consulted?

Could the new arena- and successful Spurs- bring back a WNBA team to San Antonio?

The San Antonio Stars (aka Silver Stars, formerly Utah Starzz) were sold to Las Vegas and became the now popular Las Vegas Aces in the WNBA.

This sale happened right as the boom in women’s sports really started to take shape, and now while the city regularly hosts women’s college basketball, professional women’s ball is no longer played in south texas.

But with this new arena planned, could a new wnba franchise be leveraged from the investment? San Antonio has a harsh professional sports history outside of the spurs. The loved AHL hockey team the Rampage were also sold to Las Vegas and became the Henderson silver knights. The spurs-owned soccer club SAFC is not prioritized by the organization and always seems poised to be sold off in the same fashion as its siblings. It’s unsure if they’re committed enough to spend and make the jump to the new United Soccer League - Premier (first division of pro/rel league.)

However the Connecticut Sun are now moving to Houston to bring back the Comets, I doubt the W would want 3 Texas teams just to mirror the nba. Or maybe in player negotiations, would they want to come to Texas? Would Austin instead get this opportunity to go over SA’s head again? Like Austin FC was pulled off in the MLS.

I want more pro sports in the city, could this be a possibility? What are your thoughts.
