How long did you manage to mantain that C2 level after the exam? How long it took you to prepare? Do you recommend to other people taking a C1/C2 exam in their TL?

Does it take more time to prepare for HSK6(chinese language exam, around c1) or ТРКИ 4(russian language exam, c2)?

Im 21. I had receptive sex in january and i had insertive sex in febraury(the receptive didnt last long and he didnt finish inside). Both of them unprotected but for the insertive he was on prep and also showed me the pills. I know this doesnt mean anything but i am so nervous, i tried to get the results today asking by email but they said i need to wait. I feel like i ruined my life because i wanted sex and now i need to vent
