I (20sM) from the U.S. want to move to France to marry my fiancée(20sF) live, work, and study but need help understanding the process

I 26M from the United States want to move to France via spouse visa. I am an EMT and have been since 2020. I emailed the town hall in the city to which I’ll be moving to initially in regards to what documents are needed for me to marry my French fiancée 20F, who recently began working at a hotel restaurant. Today I got the new birth certificate and will get it apostilled in Austin which will be a 8hr drive round trip so I want to be sure I get it right, I must also get the certificate of celibacy or here known as a single status affidavit which will need to be apostilled with it and also get the certificate of custom, here known as self-attestation form which from my understanding doesn’t require notarization. But do I apply for the VLS-TS while in the United States before the ceremony in France or do I wait until after to get the titre de séjour? Also how long should I expect this process to take, I really want to move there as soon as possible and I am not 100% familiar with this process and despite my research I remain perplexed by it all. If anyone knows anything, please offer advice if you may, thank you

Neurodivergence and language learning

As someone with AuDHD how do you recommend effectively learning a second language (French in this context) in a very compressed duration of time? I’m at a1 and I’d really love to reach a2/b1 in a 30 day window while I’m here in France.

My fiancée is French but we tend to always naturally default to English since we’ve been together (I have attempted to let her speak only French to me but she’s known for speaking like she’s busta rhymes)

I often start with various apps, ie; language transfer, radio France, Busuu, italki, tandem, Francais SF, etc. but soon get rather bored. Beyond this I do immerse myself in French music and tv, I listen to French conversations in person and comprehend a portion of it, i admit I don’t read in French as much as I should but I do read in French occasionally.

Speaking is my biggest weakness, I can never recall the vocabulary, if I read it I comprehend it but when it comes time to use it it’s absolutely gone, absent, nowhere to be found. I think I need enough structure but variety and room for creativity in my language learning process. Any tips, tricks, or recommendations?
Please help

EDIT; Yes it’s true, that the goal is absolutely unrealistic. Many have mentioned this so I want to make aware that I do know that now. Sometimes I put substantial pressure on myself to accomplish idealistic goals, at times it causes analysis paralysis and at other times it causes great success, short of the ideal goal, but higher than I’d imagine genuinely achieving. Nonetheless, thank you. I do know it is unrealistic so I will adjust my goals accordingly. I’m open to suggestions.
