I'm using compound tirzepatide, and my mom would like to start on it as well. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like she'll qualify for zepbound on the new medicare program, so she's considering compound semaglutide instead (easier on the budget). What's the going rate these days, and who are some of your favorite providers? She only needs to lose like 25 pounds.

Hey all. I started on the tirzepatide train last August and have not had a sip of alcohol since the week before I started. I'm down almost 140 pounds. Anyway, next week is America's birthday. I did the math, and at 45, it's questionable that I'll be around for the tricentennial (I'll do my best). What can I expect if I have a couple of drinks? Nothing insane...I live right by Dogfish Head brewery, and I've been meaning to check them out.

Here's what I'm thinking:

1. Normal dose this Friday.

2. Delay following dose until a couple of days post beer consumption.

3. Hopefully avoid any puke related mishaps.

Hey everyone. I have the green oyster strap, which I understand rolex never actually made specifically for the Hulk. It looks like it should fit the case lugs without an issue, but I was reading that the Hulk clasp won't fit. Is that the case? If so, are there any aftermarket options that would work?

I guess you could call this a victory, lol. I've been putting off buying new clothes, but my hand has been forced. My pants fell off as I was walking from the living room to the bathroom. Fortunately this has yet to occur in public, and I will be taking preventive measures to ensure that it doesn't. So yeah, I have to buy clothing.

Why do they do this? I understand pizza is relatively cheap, pretty universally liked, and I'm sure there's a tax write off involved. But still...I can buy my own pizza if I want to. I suppose it's not the pizza that's the issue. I like pizza. What I don't like is having to sit in a room with a bunch of people, some of whom I don't even know (or like in some cases) and eat. I'm a nice guy and I'm not antisocial, but I'd just like to do my job without any artificial social obligations. Why is that an issue?
