Tarmac SL8 Bottle Cage Fitment Issue
Vertical cage - bottle rubs down tube on size 54 tarmac sl8. Anyone else encounter this issue?

Insecure Manager Driving Me (Sr. Analyst) Nuts
Been directly reporting to this SM for almost 2 years now. The guy is very insecure about everything but most recently for the last 6 months he’s been worried about layoffs. As a results he tries to compete with me, tries to call me out on mistakes, acts like a complete bafoon.
I’m a high performing analyst that received high praise across the org last review cycle. How to deal with this?
