3rd package delivered by OnTrac and it went very well. The first 2 were delays and both misrouted then suddenly this one came early, and had no issues. I need to play the lottery. Whoever gave me this luck thank you.
This is my second experience with ontrac and the package got misrouted both times the first time it wasn’t bad because it came the next day so whatever a little annoying but I can deal with it this time the package was supposed to be delivered today and then I saw a tracking update saying the package was misrouted but was at the same facility they misrouted it and was returned to that facility a few minutes later. So I just decided ok whatever wit can still potentially come today or tommorow but Ontrac decided no and delayed it until Saturday. Come on now the package is a 2 hour drive away from me. It could get here tomorrow easily. What’s next it will be stolen to add to this?

My packages have both arrived at a USPS/OSM shipping partner facility in Grand Prairie Texas and the original package hasn’t moved in 10 days however my new package hasn’t moved in 2 days which isn’t too bad but with how the tracking is looking it seems like it might end up in the same boat as the first one. Anyone else have a similar experience and did your package ever move. This facility is the point where it will go from OSM to USPS. I did file a missing mail search request on the first package but that request expires tommorow.
They have now started a missing package search in Atlanta Georgia but the package was allegedly delivered in Texas so they are searching across the country for it.
Ok hear me out before you grab the pitch forks I can explain why I saw that. I had a package being shipped by ontrac and it came 1 day late because it got put on the wrong truck which isn’t the best experience but it happened however the experience I had with OSM today was worse than that. I had a package being shipped coming from OSM and today it was taken from one warehouse to another by them and then it went out for delivery even though the carrier responsible for delivery(USPS) hadn’t seen the package because their tracking still says awaiting item and the last update they had was that the package arrived in Grand Prairie Texas and I’m in San Antonio. They then sent the package down to San Antonio and put it out for delivery even though their website says they don’t do delivery they are just a shipping service and then it was delivered in a neighboring city that I’m not going to say the name of for privacy reasons. Then when I reached out to customer service they said the package had been handed off to USPS on June 17th and today is June 22 and USPS still says they haven’t received it and on June 17th it had just left Pennsylvania. I would rather deal with ontrac than have to go through this again because with ontrac at least they got the package to me and offered to help me take it inside.
Update: the package just got marked as delivered in the neighboring city to me with a different zipcode. USPS still says they are waiting to receive it but OSM has it delivered to the wrong place and when I asked customer service they said it was handed off to USPS on June 17th but on June 17th it had just departed Your Pensilvania.
I had a package coming in from HP and it was shipped with OSM and was supposed to be handed off to USPS for delivery but now the tracking for OSM says out for delivery and the USPS tracking says awaiting item. Image 1 is OSM, image 2 is USPS
This is my first time having a package delivered by ontrac and the package isn’t on track. I ordered something from Walmart and it was supposed to be delivered today and but it didn’t get here because it was coming from fort worth Tx to San Antonio TX and it was taken from Fort Worth to Desoto TX and was supposed to go from desoto to San Antonio but was misrouted to Georgetown TX so instead of going from Georgetown to San Antonio they sent it from Georgetown back to desoto and now it’s scheduled to arrive tomorrow but hasn’t even left desoto yet. By what I have heard from this subreddit I am hoping I receive the package. I just know I will be waiting.
