We built a social network with no entity in the middle.

InterPoll is something my small team and I have poured countless hours into, because we believe a social network should belong to the people using it, not to whoever controls the servers.

So instead of a central server, every browser becomes a little piece of the network. As long as one of us is still online, the whole thing stays alive, and that’s a thing i have been dreaming of for years.

You can see it for yourself at https://endless.sbs. It means a lot to us that you’d take the time to look.

And if any part of this speaks to you, and you’d like to help build it, my DMs/PRs are open.

We present the first fully uncensorable social network.

Hey all, we're the team behind InterPoll, a social network that (we think) actually can't be taken down or censored.

The idea: instead of everything living on one company's server, every browser running InterPoll is also a relay. If some relays go offline, browsers fall back to talking to each other directly. So there's no single server to pull the plug on, and no one who can quietly delete your posts.

Check it out here: https://endless.sbs
If you want the technical breakdown of how it all works: https://endless.sbs/interpollexp
And the code's up on GitHub: https://github.com/Interpoll1/decentralised

We built this because we genuinely think this is how social platforms should work by default. Would love feedback, bug reports, or just people poking around and telling us what breaks. Thanks for reading.

Looking for feedback on our new fully immutable/decentralized social network.

Hey,

Small team building an experimental social media system and looking for feedback from people into dev, UX, ethics, and decentralized systems

  • Browser-to-browser social network (no central servers in the core design)
  • Focus is full decentralization + peer-to-peer communication
  • Early-stage protocol + UI experiment

We’re trying to figure out:

  • How should moderation work without central control?
  • What UX patterns actually make decentralized systems usable?
  • What ethical risks we’re missing (privacy, abuse, misinformation, etc.)
  • What would actually make you try a new social platform?
  • What breaks first in a system like this?

Whitepaper: https://github.com/theEndless11/decentralised/blob/master/docs/protocol-whitepaper.md

Any feedback, criticism, or “this will never work because…” is welcome
