lay off (met4)

With this being our last month working as reps, it really puts into perspective how uncertain things can feel right now. Lately, I’ve been seeing more and more people getting laid off, and hearing that around 8,000 jobs were cut this week makes everything feel even more unpredictable.
It’s difficult seeing talented people suddenly lose roles they thought were stable. No matter the reason, it reminds you how quickly things can change.

For anyone affected thank you for everything you contributed. A job title never defines your value, even if moments like this make it feel that way.
To everyone still here, I think a lot of us are feeling the same uncertainty right now. Whether we stay, move on, or are still figuring things out, I’m hoping better opportunities are ahead for all of us inside or outside the company.

IS IT REALLY WORTH IT(Rep here)

Need some advice from people who’ve been in similar situations. I currently work with Meta-related accounts, and recently I’ve noticed a lot of people offering large amounts of money just to recover disabled Instagram or Facebook accounts. Some clients are extremely desperate and willing to pay right away.

What’s been on my mind is that our team may only have one month left because of the upcoming layoffs. With everything feeling uncertain, I started thinking about possibly taking a few cases privately before things end.

I haven’t actually done anything, but it made me wonder about the real consequences of bypassing procedures or misusing internal access. For those who’ve worked in similar roles or companies, how serious are the risks if someone gets caught?
Please keep the discussion respectful — I’m only looking for insight and advice.
