Slowly Improving

Down from 235 to 170 at 43 and 5’8”. My wonderful and very supportive wife says no more cutting and I’m looking too slim. I still see lots of belly fat. Not looking to be in body building perfection. Just a grandpa trying to be healthy and strong as possible. Thoughts?

A year of TRT

43M Dad of 4, gpa of 1
235 down to 170. 2 years in the gym, 1 on TRT
Reta at low dose
HCG to keep the boys
More work to do, but bench press is up from 225 to 365, endurance and mental health way up ⬆️

Slowly getting better 43 year old male, 5’8”

Down from 235 to 170 over the last 3 years. More to go, then hoping to coach others some day.

Still working hard 43M 170 lbs, 5’8”

Bench press has increased in the last 2 years from 225 to 365 and back to full energy.

Thoughts?

On TRT for about 14 months. switched to pellets 6 weeks ago and on a low dose of Reta and HCG.
