WIP

I'm one-third of the way done. This is my first attempt at confetti squares. I had no idea how challenging it would be. The 2nd picture is how it looks finished. One thing that frustrates me with confetti is I think I've gotten all of one symbol completed in my grid and I move to another symbol then whoops I find more of the symbol I thought I finished. Ugh!! It's back and forth. Crazy but fun.

Also do you work from top to bottom, left to right? On this one I've been all over the place. I work on my kitchen table which is small.

If anyone has any suggestions or feedback I'm open to receiving it. 🙂

Help!!! Confetti sucks!!

I'm currently working on a DP with a huge amount of confetti. I've never worked with confetti. How does one approach confetti? I tried a symbol at a time, then a color at a time but I think I'm done and next thing I know there's more to do or I forgot one and have to backtrack. Is there a system anyone uses? I had to take a break and am working the same piece but it's where there's more color blocking and I feel like I'm making progress. Or am I just whining 🤔

Work in Progress

This is a special one for me. My husband doesn't particularly like the 'genre' of diamond art. However I showed him this one and he fell in love with it. We had 2 yellow Labradors who have since crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Our favorite time with them was when they were puppies all curled up sleeping. This reminded him of that time. I'm hoping I do it justice.

Beauty and the Beast Diamond Painting

Beauty and the Beast is done!! I started May 7th and finished July 10th. This is the largest diamond painting I've ever done. I'm sad it's done. I had such a great time working on this. Hope you enjoy it.

Diamond art vacuum pens

Does anyone use vacuum pens and do you have a favorite? I do a lot of square projects and am wondering if vacuum pens are worth it? This is what I'm working on now.

I'm working on Cinderella from Diamond Dotz purchased from Etsy and there are not enough dots of a color to complete the picture. I didn't spill any. Has this happened to any of you? When I opened the kit nothing seemed amiss but I'm at a loss. I've done other kits and no problem. I'm guessing I'm going to have to see if Amazon has the right color dots. Does this happen often? I'm almost finished and I don't think the company is going to help since I didn't purchase from them and I don't want to wait.
