Advice to Switch from SAP Support role to Tech roles

I am a 2025 passout, currently working at Cognizant as a programmer analyst trainee in the SAP TM domain. mainly support role. I am preparing for a switch, but it seems very hard to even get shortlisted and get interviews. In college, I have done DSA and ML and have decent knowledge but was not able to get any other offer (tier 4 college). It has been more than 6 months since I started working at Cognizant. Also here, a 90-day notice period makes it more difficult. I want to know how hard it is to switch from such roles to technical roles. How will it affect my transition if I stay longer in this company? Please advise me.

Need serious Saving/Investment Advice

I am 23 years old and started my first job six months ago. I have been thinking about saving. I can invest around 5k per month, and this savings is solely for my future and long-term goals. I received some suggestions earlier about saving, and I picked three options. I want to know if it is good to proceed with these or not:

- Flexi Cap Mutual Fund (2500/month)

- Nifty 50 Index Fund (1500/month)

- Liquid / Debt Fund (1000/month)

I am aiming for good returns, easy access, lower risk, and medium-term investment (for now). Please guide me about the same.

I am a 2025 batch CS grade, currently working in Cognizant as PAT in SAp TM domain. Work mainly involved ticket solving. In college I was doing DSA and ML but was not able to land any job in this field. I don't want to spend much time here and want to make switch for better opportunities Software Development. I have once almost cover the DSA ( only Graph and DP left) and also have solved good amount of questions. Had cover almost important part of theory of ML but was not able to continue much( system issue). I started learning the Development ( MERN) because I don't have any particular skills with which I can build project. Now I want to start again for preparation but taking DSA and development both, I am not able to manage time with job..what I should do? Should I first focus on development or DSA? Also Even choosing Development would be a good option for me or should look for any other skil set as I have to learn it from start? What I should do? Please suggest me. If anyone who has been in same situation please share your experience how you switch?

I attempted the TCS NQT exam recently but not able to solve the any coding questions. Actually I was getting the idea to solve and also writing the code but my code was not running in that compiler and also no function that we use normally was supporting there. I can't 🙈 solve a single question. Same thing happened last year also to me. How you guys was able to solve in the exam? Did you prepare earlier? I was using C++
