Hello! I just purchased a pre-built (Element Pro R08) from ibuypower. It has a 360mm AIO cooling system. I've never had a liquid cooled PC, is this sound normal?

Hello! I am new to PC gaming and recently bought an iBuypower Element Pro R08. I set it up yesterday and everything was working fine. I put the PC to sleep and now the LCD for the liquid cooling system that shows temp and fan usage stats does not turn on. I restarted my PC and it still won't turn on. The RGB turns on just not the LCD. Has anyone dealt with an issue like this before? Thank you.
