When a dog has worms, are they visible in fresh poop?

Milo's poops are fine if I pick them up same day or next day. Longer than that, and I'm finding tiny white worms or larvae underneath the poop when I peel them off the cement (he's decided the left side of the cement around the corner is now partial pooping grounds).

Symptoms look like Hodgkin's, but no visible lymph nodes. Anyone?

I'm not diagnosed, just wading through a year of ongoing and stacking symptoms. Was anyone else the same and didn't have swollen lymph nodes that could be seen or felt? Thank you in advance guys.

It looks like this:

2022-
Normal neck ct

Summer 2025-
Unexplained dull lower back pain with standing.

Fall 2025-
Cough, unrelenting, weak 1 syllable cough that felt like choking for 3 months.
True erythromelalgia of the soles of my feet.

November 2025-
2 drenching night sweats. Significant fatigue and weakness.
Dull lower back pain and right sacroiliac pain walking around.
Dizzy from leaning on right elbow/right shoulder up. Ongoing.
Waking in mornings with burning pain inside the center of my spine and lower back ribs, improves with movement after getting out of bed.
Spirometry says normal severe cough is mild asthma but flow Spirometry shape says obstruction.

December 2025-
More tired.
Can't stand around or go on walks because of the back pain and SI joint pain.

January 2026-
Ridiculously tired.
Increasingly breathless.

February 2026-
Too breathless to stand while putting on makeup etc. 10 minutes to recover from leaning over.
Even more ridiculously tired.

March 2026-
Feeling sick most days.
RIDICULOUSLY tired.
4 drenching night sweats.
Bed smells like pee on the mornings and I don't know why.
Start taking my temperature and I have low grade fevers in the evenings and nights most days.
Becoming intolerant to showers - extreme breathlessness, triggered by washing my hair.
No appetite - ongoing.

April 2026-
Can't stay awake laying on my right side for more than a few minutes.
Chills and feeling bad.
Beyond exhausted.
September cough returns and gets bad fast. Triggered by sitting or standing and relieved by laying down. So breathless.
Dark circles with pink under my eyes every day. I look exhausted.

May 2026-
Heart feels like it's pounding laying on right side.
Feeling of weight or pressure over the area above my clavicles near my neck, worst when I have my shoulders up while laying down.
Cough is ongoing. Fevers are ongoing.
Insanely breathless if I have walked across a room, sat up and then laid down, etc.

Echo normal. CBC, Ldh etc normal. Tb and autoimmune negative. Chest x ray the other day normal.

My mom had nhl young and later waldenstroms. I don't know what to think at this point.

Photo is of the tiniest soft lump on my neck that's been there a few years and never changed size. I assume it's irrelevant. We removed a lymph node from my neck in 2022 because it had become non functional, hard and painful. It was under my chin near my throat. Clear biopsy on it at the time.

"I had to sell the hook" - What movie?

What movie is this? The man comes home, I think he's Italian, and he goes to hang something on a hook and it falls to the ground because the hook is no longer there. Someone in the rooms responds "I had to sell the hook". The movie has the same feel as Airplane. Definitely a comedy, sort of dark comedy, it's a movie with an unusual feel to it. That's all I remember about it.

I don't know what needs to be done. 13 was a root canal + crown from May 2025. In January of this year, a filling at the gum line in the back of my top left tooth came out. I went in and had it fixed immediately.

3 days later, I bit down hard for no known reason and within a minute, had severe throbbing pain in #13. It got worse over a week even though the x ray looked fine, and since the ligament was a little thickened, we assumed ligament bruising. At 2 weeks, I felt so sick I could barely drive myself to urgent care and the tooth throbbed more when I leaned over. I was given clindamycin and felt improved overall within just 1 day and went up from there. The tooth pain calmed down a lot.

3 weeks later, the tooth was still medium sore when pressing my finger against the side from the cheek side, so I went back to the endodontist and we come beam scanned it again. It was somewhat suspicious around the root tip. I let it sit for 2 weeks to really see and it didn't get better, I had several drenching night sweats for the first time in my life, felt like I was dying, low grade fevers at night, iron panel labs were all elevated with 60% TSAT and normal ferritin, huge dark circles under my eyes, no appetite.

So we redid the root canal, used gentle wave on it and filled it with sodium hypochlorite. The tooth felt so much better within a few days. My lips and gums are sore but it's fine. And then for some inexplicable reason, I'm sitting on the couch with my head tilted back and there's an audible snap or crack inside my head above that tooth sort of near the sinus, but way up inside my head. Immediately, the tooth starts throbbing so badly I could hardly stand it. After 15 minutes or so, the throbbing subsides but doesn't go back to baseline and the tooth is sore when pressed from the cheek side with my finger, when it wasn't previously. I go back to the endodontist within a few days, cone beam again looks ok. We don't know. I go without my essix retainer for about a week and the pain seems a little better in the tooth, but I have an instance of leaning over fighting a freezer drawer and the tooth starts to throb suddenly, then subsides. It's now a week later, the nighttime fevers are continuing, dark circles under my eyes, I've put the retainer back in and the pain on the tooth when I press from the cheek side has returned, and my gums are just sort of stinging on the upper left side all the time. I notice it looks kind of purple around the left upper canine, and it looks like it's thinking about bleeding around the edge when I brush. 3 weeks out from the root canal redo where we really had to stretch the lip back a lot for the procedure, it hurts along the nasal labial line up near the nose when I talk, smile, or press. After the redo, I had a lot of swelling (or edema?) in my face that included a jowl on that side. I'm very thin and don't have that issue normally. I tried to massage it out with no luck and it's still present. I've also tried red light. I know something is wrong, I'm not sure what, whether I should go back to the dentist vs the endodontist or which to contact with these continued issues.

Age: 39
Initial filling repair #9. Pain in RC 13 3 days later after sudden bite, with subsequent RC redo + sodium hypochlorite.
Unexplained symptoms - night sweats, low grade fevers at night, feeling unwell, since redo, lower edge of cheek/nasolabial fold facial pain since procedure. Gums are puffy, burning and angry, purple around edge of upper left canine. Unexplained #13 throbbing and repeated crack inside head with no warning (3x) followed by near immediate throbbing. Clindamycin helped everything but pain and feeling bad returned when withdrawn.
