I don't usually care alot about stats anymore but the 4 stars are setting me back. In the last week or so I got maybe like 4 of the 4 star rating and I keep thinking back on what I could've done wrong and I am on time and I'm 100% on time, I communicate about items and I try to bag them as well as I can. I went from a 4.9 to a 4.78 recently and I really am not sure. I am 100% on on time and reliability :/ none of the customers left me any feed back either. Also every order I delivered I got tips so I am not really sure why I keep getting the ratings poorly. Have anyone tried to ask for rating forgiveness? I tried last time but it says it doesn't impact my rating. My status on shipt went from excellent to fair now

So I went on a trip and when I got back and opened up rednote app my profile picture, my username all went back to default. I can still comment and use like normal. Whenever I tried changing my profile pic it just says my account got locked can not be done right now. It's been like a week and a half since this happened. I tried verifying my passport but my passport does not support nfc. I tried reaching out to customer support that is not ai and it's SOOOO HARD. I still haven't had a chance to speak to an actual support because everytime I request for one they always say they are busy and I should just leave a comment and they will get back to me but they never do!!!! I really don't want to delete this account because I had so much good notes and memories with this account. Have anyone encounter something like this? How did you resolve it as a foreigner?

I got 2 4 star ratings with no feedbacks and I really just want to know what I did on my end that made them give me a 4 star and I feel like I have done every order well and I think I always have room to improve. It sucks to see two customers didn't feel like I did enough for the 5 star but I wanna know what I can improve on? Do you guys talk to shipt support to ask or anything?

I'm in the downstate surrounding areas and the skies are ORANGE from the Canadian fires. I am not too sure if I should try to do shipt today unless is a really great offer that is hard to resist.

I do shipt in Michigan, I do Meijer only and I live close by it but this area is NOTORIOUS FOR not having signal. I had two orders today and I felt like I was running late and I thought my navigation would load on my way there AND GUESS WHAT IT DIDNT so I made a blind drive and one of the customer was like where are you going and why are you stopping 3-4 times and I'm like I am desperate of getting signal... that's why 🥲 i had to stop at in front of my apt to get the navigation loading. He was literally screaming in my messages by the time I delivered and I didn't even feel safe delivering the stuff but I did and I apologize for it. Does anyone go through this in Michigan???? I also switch phone carriers too and I still have really bad signal.

Hello, first time cat owner here. I just adopted a 2 month old kitty she just got home yesterday. We let her explore the living room yesterday we closed all of the other doors to the rooms besides the one bathroom that have her litter in it. We took her into the bathroom put her in the litter hope that she knows where the litter is and she ran off to the living room and hid under the couch for an hour. She came out and play for a while and then she hid under the couch the rest of the night. We decided to leave her in the living room didn't want to stress her out too much with all new environment.

Fast forward to today, she ate in the morning and next thing I knew she took a big ol dump next to the lamp on the couch and I was wondering why she didn't want to use the litter at all so I called the adoption place figured out the exact litter she was using before and bought the same one she immediately pee after that. We kept her in the bathroom where her litter box was. She had toys water and some food not too close to the litter. when we went out for dinner we kept her in the bathroom so she can get used to the litter box being there. She was meowing a lot and looked sad when we let her out. She started to run around and have the zoomies after. I put her in the bathroom again for the night tonight since I want her to get used to the litter box and hope she poops there tomorrow.

My question is how long should I keep her in the bathroom for before she gets used to or know that the litter box is there? I don't want her to pee or poop on the carpet all around and it is only day 2.

Or should I always put her in the bathroom at bed time so she can chill in there and feel safe? I feel like bad owner when she meows sounding like she wants to come out :(
