I'm a solo technical founder — built the app, launched it, and now I'm stuck on the part I'm bad at

Hey everyone! I spent the last months building Conppi — a mobile app that matches people for real-life activities (tennis, coffee, hiking, language exchange). You tell an AI what you actually want to do, it turns that into an intent and matches you with someone nearby who wants the same thing. No profiles, no swiping.

It's live on the App Store and Google Play. 115 users. Activity is low. That's not a humble brag, that's the honest number.

Here's my problem: I'm purely a tech guy. I can ship features fast. But getting from 115 users to the density where the matching actually feels magic — that's a growth problem, and I'm learning it the slow, expensive way.

So I'm looking for a partner. Someone who's done growth for a consumer social app or marketplace and understands that the hard part here isn't downloads, it's concentration — 500 people in Warsaw beats 5,000 spread across Europe.

What I'm hoping for:

- Europe-based, ideally Poland (Warsaw would be perfect — we could actually do meetups together)

- Someone who's scaled a consumer app before, or at least broken their teeth trying

- Content/community instincts. Our early users are the expat community here, and that's a very human, on-the-ground channel

- Someone who sees this idea the way I do. Not a contractor. A partner.

Happy to show you the app, the numbers, everything. DM me or comment.

Solo founder. Waitlist worked, Launch worked, growth stalled. What should I do?

I’m a solo founder, built an app that uses AI to match people for real life activities: coffee Meetup, tennis partner, padel, or just explore the city. AI turns your desires to structured intent, and match you with someone nearby who wants the same thing and has similar interests. No profiles, no swiping.

Before building I made a waitlist, and after reaching out in Facebook communities got 200 signups.

Then I shipped the app for iOS and Android, overall now I have 115 users, I see some very low activity.

I understand that without large user base this app doesn’t make any sense, people simply have no one to be matched with. I decided to target one city specifically to increase density.

Now my growth stuck. I don’t know what to and how to bring more users and engagements into the app. I tried some collaborations with local instagram accounts, tik tok, but it was just waste of money.
Have you ever face similar situation, what did you do to fix it, any advice would be appreciated 🙏

Looking for a growth-minded co-founder

Hey everyone! I'm Ilya, a founder based in Warsaw. Over the past several months I've built Conppi — a mobile app that uses AI to help people find other people based on their intent and interests(sports, coffee meetups, networking, hikes, you name it). Here is the website https://conppi.com

Instead of swiping or browsing profiles, you just chat with an AI. Tell it what you're looking for, it builds an "intent" and matches you with someone compatible. When there's a match, you get a private chat.

The app is fully built and working. I'm in the final stretch before a private beta launch in Warsaw. Now there are several hundreds of users in the waitlist for Warsaw location.

What I'm looking for: A co-founder or close partner who's strong on the growth/marketing side. Specifically someone who:

- Knows how to build early-stage traction from scratch (community, content, partnerships, whatever works)

- Can own user acquisition and get us to and past the beta threshold

- Has a feel for consumer social apps or local/community products

- Is based in Europe

What you'd be joining:

- A fully functional, genuinely novel product (not another clone)

- A solo technical founder who can ship fast and iterate

- Warsaw as the launch market with a clear density-first strategy

- Early stage — so real equity, real ownership, real say

If this sounds interesting, drop a comment or DM me. Happy to show you the app and have a real conversation.

Built an AI activity-matching app people. Looking for a co-founder who knows how to grow it.

Hey! I've spent the past months building Conppi (conppi.com) — an app that uses AI to connect people for real-life activities or similar interests. Tennis partners, coffee meetups, networking, hiking buddies, you name it. You just tell the AI what you're looking for, and it finds someone for you. No swiping, no browsing.

The app is ready. I'm now inviting people to beta testing before the public launch. I already have several hundres of people in the waiting list.

What I'm looking for:

Someone who's done this before — or has seriously thought about it. Growth, pre-launch marketing, building early communities, getting the first wave of real users. Someone who gets excited about the cold-start problem, not intimidated by it.

If that's you, I'd love to talk. Drop a comment or DM me.

I built an app that helps you find your people in Warsaw

I'm an expat in Warsaw and I built an app for people looking for new friends, activities or just someone to meet up with in the city.

The idea is simple — you tell the AI what you're up for, and it finds you a match in Warsaw. No scrolling, no group posts, just a real person to do things with.

I'm currently inviting people to join the beta testing and get early access before the public launch. If you're curious, check it out at https://conppi.com/?ref=red_warsaw

Would love to have some of you on board ♥️
