I'm a solo technical founder — built the app, launched it, and now I'm stuck on the part I'm bad at
Hey everyone! I spent the last months building Conppi — a mobile app that matches people for real-life activities (tennis, coffee, hiking, language exchange). You tell an AI what you actually want to do, it turns that into an intent and matches you with someone nearby who wants the same thing. No profiles, no swiping.
It's live on the App Store and Google Play. 115 users. Activity is low. That's not a humble brag, that's the honest number.
Here's my problem: I'm purely a tech guy. I can ship features fast. But getting from 115 users to the density where the matching actually feels magic — that's a growth problem, and I'm learning it the slow, expensive way.
So I'm looking for a partner. Someone who's done growth for a consumer social app or marketplace and understands that the hard part here isn't downloads, it's concentration — 500 people in Warsaw beats 5,000 spread across Europe.
What I'm hoping for:
- Europe-based, ideally Poland (Warsaw would be perfect — we could actually do meetups together)
- Someone who's scaled a consumer app before, or at least broken their teeth trying
- Content/community instincts. Our early users are the expat community here, and that's a very human, on-the-ground channel
- Someone who sees this idea the way I do. Not a contractor. A partner.
Happy to show you the app, the numbers, everything. DM me or comment.
