When I bought my 2017 1 series it had these terrible stuck on M sport grills, and black centre caps, I finally have removed the M sport sticker on the grills and changed the centre caps back to OEM blue 🙏🙏

I went travelling for a year in Asia and built a lot of points on trip.com and had 2 airport access lounge expiring the end of this month, so I specifically booked this flight THROUGH trip.com to use the airport access lounge pass before it expires.
And when I get there, it’s closed and trip.com can’t help.
Trip.com website showed that the lounge was available and tbh, I know silly reason, that’s the only reason why I booked the flight, and was even more expensive on trip.com.
After an hour on the live chat, they tell me they can’t do anything….
I went to the airport early and hungry expecting to be in the lounge but no instead I had to spend £30+ for food for me and my partner.
During the video test, you have to make an announcement and record 2 minutes.
However for both of them I finished at 1:30 minutes, with me sitting there for 30 seconds staring... how bad is that
