I made a UPI payment of ₹1,700 through WhatsApp Pay yesterday. The amount was debited from my bank account, but the payment is still showing as "Processing" in WhatsApp. The recipient has confirmed that they haven't received the money yet, and I haven't received any refund either. I contacted customer care, and they told me to wait until the next working day before filing a complaint. It's been almost 24 hours now, so I'm getting a bit worried. Has anyone else faced this issue, and how long did it take to get resolved?
