Every single time!

All my packages are not delivered by the first date initially stated it will be. My apartment is open when I get these messages saying I was not available and business is closed. Why every time! I could not change to pick up on these two . Why do they do this!? Did not attempt to go to my building . They suck @@@!

Not cool at all.

I only left 1 4 star review but had to leave a 1 star. Not cool at all to cancel to list again for a higher amount. I collect for my own use Vera Bradley bags. I was excited!! Blocked !!
