I ordered from savana on day 1 and day 3 from different accounts. But the catch is ordered two things on day 1 with different upis and then ordered 3 items on day 3, now 2 orders were ordered from the same 2 upis used on the day 1 and the 3rd order from a new upi. Will those 2 from day 3 get cancelled?

I am a pcb student with fucking dummy!! Because i wanted to be a "doctor" aur abb aukat pta chal gyi.. nii horhi mujhse pdhai neet ke liye. Upr se I am in this fucking guilt ki yrr papa ke paise barbaad krdiya maine faltu ke hopes rkh ke abb smjh nhi aarha kya kru... I come from a middle class family. Mere mnn me bht sii baatein chal rhi h (this is gonna be a little long)

1. Bhai maine fully potential logo ko dekha h neet ke liye 5 drop lete hue aur end me koi chhote se college me jaate hue and this is demotivating me so fucking much, I can't explain because i have this gut feeling that I'll fail in physics (19-20 bnn rhe h step jod ke) and the person i am talking was a school topper in 12th board

2. Alot of people are saying ki doctors ko bht hype krke rkha h but yha sirf mental health maa bhn ho rkhi h aur salary bhi kamm h

Dusre options like biotech, microbiology and agriculture yh sbb me india khaas scope nhi hai.. achi salary nhi hai yha pe and I used to dream ki mai abroad jaau ek din which can maybe possible agr student loan lelu but darr lgta hai ki agr chali bhi gyii aur waha jaake kuch nhi hua phir kya?
