What’s something you wish you started doing earlier in life (such as your 20s) for your skin that you love now? or that has made such a difference for your skin?

My mom has always told me to moisturize and sunscreen EVERYWHERE but I feel like that’s just a given. I’m curious!

I never watch her lives but I’m watching rn. She won’t shut up about majunior and how she’s confused why he blocked her. The amount of people commenting enabling her behavior and telling her that “she shouldn’t take this discrimination” from majunior and to “keep going” “keep trying” when talking about him. Insane! I can’t believe she’s up here saying she’s not the problem and there are so many comments agreeing with her just to fck with her. Wtfff????

Cox has to be the worst internet provider ever. For several months we’ve had issues with the internet going in and out randomly. They said today it would be out til 8 am and now it’s til noon. I work from home, their service is so ass. Does anyone else experience this with them in Lakewood?😭

Hi! I’m wondering if there are any websites you know of that have earring stacks that they sell together as a set? For example, I saw someone mention in here when I searched the thread a website called Bixby and co and they have an actual section on their site for earring stacks. I’m not very creative and I really like some of the unique stacks I see other people come up with.

I usually like gold but I’m open to mixed jewelry like gold or silver etc. bixby and co was unfortunately out of my budget (their stacks from what I saw are well over $100).

Maybe it’s a silly ask bc most sell earring sets but I’d like something a little unique. TIA!!

Just got an email that one of my items shipped (SOB tee) but the other (zebra hoodie) has no tracking info on it yet. I ordered them same day but at different times in the day bc I’m an idiot and caved in with the hoodie later on in the day. I was under the impression per their email they’d ship all of your items in one order regardless of when it was purchased. Hoping that I get both but very excited!!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I quit a couple days ago. I know it hasn’t been long, but it seems the lack of appetite is worsening/nothing sounds “good” and it’s hard to stomach food & water.

The thing I’m worried about more is the lack of water. Prior to CHS, I would drink at least 80 oz of water/day. I’ve been on the same 40 oz bottle of water since this morning (almost 6pm est here now). I try to flavor it with lemon or electrolytes and it’s still difficult to stomach. Do you think this gets better with time, or would you in this situation go to urgent care?

I just don’t really know when it’s necessary to seek additional help from urgent care or ER. I don’t want to wait til it’s “too late” if it even gets to that point, but I also don’t want to pay a bunch of $$ for them to send me on my way 😅

What would you do? Or have you experienced this? I wonder how long it takes for this to go away, but a bit worried after seeing some people say they’re on week two of no appetite and dehydrated 😬

A little bit of background: I’m a 27 y/old female who’s smoked on and off for years, but more so recently since being diagnosed with ADHD and struggling more with sleep. I don’t drink alcohol, haven’t in a couple years, and smoking a little before bed was my version of a “glass of wine.”

I usually smoked flower years prior, but opted for pens from a dispensary out of convenience. I would hit it a few times before bed, watch a show and then go to sleep.

Over the past couple weeks, my oura ring signaled that there were signs of something straining my body. I felt off - persistent morning nausea (not pregnant), abdominal cramping (which worsened over time), and extreme headaches and fatigue. It also felt like my stomach was eating itself.

Never heard of CHS until recently after seeing it more on TikTok (lol) and the early stage symptoms sounded so similar to what I was experiencing.
I know weed probably isn’t great for you, but surely thought that it’s better than alcohol - I’m shocked how fast it progressed, especially since I know people who do it WAY more than me. I only smoke/hit the pen before bed, and that’s it. It’s interesting to me tbh!

I wonder if it’s because the pens are more potent? Idk. Anyways, I quit and now I guess I’m in “recovery” stage but still feel the headaches and abdominal issues. What are your guys experience? What made you realize something was off?

I don’t know if this is the right place to ask, but I’ll give a bit of background first:
28 year old female, 5”5, and ~145 lbs
I’ve been taking the lowest dose of Setraline for yrs now, and have been taking 50 mg of Vyvanse since September with no issues.
While I used to smoke weed every once in a while, over the past several months I started to smoke before bed in order to help me sleep. I usually smoke a dab pen that i got from a dispensary, or flower. But mostly the pen for convenience.

Lately, and I want to say more noticeably over the past 1-1.5 weeks or so, I’ve been waking up with nausea (not pregnant). I will also get really bad headaches and upper abdominal cramping that is pretty painful. I’ve tried taking OTC meds like ibuprofen and nothing really helps.
I will usually eat a well balanced or a higher protein breakfast before I take my Vyvanse and normally I’d be ready to eat in the afternoon again and be totally fine with no issues.
Lately it seems these episodes of morning nausea, bad headaches, and abdominal issues seems to be getting worse. This morning I dry heaved and vomited a little and my cramping was worse. I noticed yesterday I felt completely fine through out the day - but I didn’t smoke the night before like usual.

I’ve seen a lot of stuff lately about CHS which is something I’ve never even heard of after smoking off and on for years (but only at night time). the symptoms I’ve read about point to the first stage of CHS, but I haven’t been able to bring myself to urgent care because I feel so run down lately. Of course I plan on stopping, since I saw that that’s really the only way to stop the symptoms. I feel horrible - kind of like a hangover, and I don’t even drink.

Does this sound like CHS? My partner has smoked for years, WAY more than I do (2-3x/day, daily for years) and he has no issues. I’ve been hearing about CHS more lately and it’s interesting, I’ve never heard of this before

EDIT: I also want to note, I drink a good amount of water each day and it still doesn’t feel like enough - and it’s really hard to down plain water (I use lemon, electrolytes, etc). Food lately has been hard to stomach as well (I don’t have this issue with my Vyvanse)

I feel like Ariel’s best bet would be someone who can show up and actually help her possibly get on her feet, although I know it’d be such a long process. There was one girl who knows them IRL and Ariel and harmony were at her house the other day. I wonder if we can reach out to her and see if she has any contact info or any way she could help Ariel? Idk. If I had any contact info for Ariel I’d try my best to help or at least be a friend to her. I cannot for the life of me remember the girls @ , does anyone know who I’m talking about??

Out of curiosity - does anyone else ever have issues with their shipping? The past couple times I ordered from them, it said my item was shipped and then it wouldn’t update me the whereabouts for a week, and then it being past the delivery due date. Each time the delivery date is pushed back multiple times. For $15 shipping I’d expect better 😭 it’s just bizarre that they’ll send me tracking info that it shipped, and then just stops tracking for days, even weeks in California. Anyone else run into this issue? It makes me not wanna buy their stuff but I love it 😭
