How can NoFap benefit me?

I’m a high schooler, and have tried NoFap numerous times before, only to end in a relapse shortly after. I really can’t keep a streak longer than a few days and it sucks. I think instead of being told the negative effects of porn addiction, that if I hear all the benefits of quitting, I will feel more motivated to stop fully. So, what all can doing NoFap improve in my life?

Hypothetical Tornado: July 16 2027 Anchorage - Vancouver - Seattle - Las Vegas - Albuquerque - Dallas - Fort Worth - OKC - Moore - Norman - Illinois - Pikeville - Gary EF5

I got bored and made this

The tornado began its slabbing off the western coast of Alaska, where it traversed hundreds of miles of uncharted wilderness before striking Anchorage. From there it went off the coast of Alaska into the Pacific Ocean where it reached its peak width of 15.7 miles as a waterspout wedge. The tornado performed a loop roughly 100 miles in diameter before continuing southeast and slamming into Vancouver, then Seattle, causing damage that even Mim Tarshall would think about classifying as EF5. The tornado went on to slab Las Vegas and Albuquerque at a mere EF0 intensity before re-intensifying just in time to slab the dfw metro. Then it naturally went and slabbed Moore at EF5 intensity before crossing Missouri and then performing dozens of loops within the state of Illinois. After the tornado was done with Illinois it went to Pikeville Kentucky to slab Ryan Hall as he was covering the tornado live. Then the tornado headed back north into Canada, making a quick pitstop at Gary Indiana before dissipating over Lake Superior.

New Idea: AP Counting

There would be two courses. The first course in the sequence would be Counting 1-10, and the second would be Counting 10-100, intended only for the aspiring counters.

Day 4

Day 4 - I don't always get urges but when I do they get quite strong. It gets very hard to resist but I just tell myself that I can't let this be another relapse at day 3-5, if I want to break out of the pmo loop, I need perseverance. Let's keep going
