How do should I set up flashes for sports team portraits?

I need to take some photos of some sports teams in the gym. I've got two godox sk400 ii and a godox v100. How should i set them up, and what kind of light modifiers should i use?

Would a smallrig magicfiz be strong enough to zoom on a standard zoom lens?

I was wondering if a smallrig magicfiz would be able zoom on like a standard mirorless zoom lens. Like a 24 70 or 70 200. Doesn't need to be super smooth, it doesn't matter if there is a initial jerk, I just need to zoom without touching my lens.

Rf 28 70 f2.8 or tamron ef 24 70 g2 adapted on my r6 mark ii

I've been using the tamron 24 70 g2 adapted with ef to rf converter. Is the extra price really worth it to get the rf 28 70 f2.8. I mostly shoot videos and some events.

Nikon D4 worth it for 273 dollars?

Im looking into getting a second camera body. Its used seems to be in fair condition. It has 89 thousand shutter count. Is this really worth it? (BTW because the korean wons exchange rate has absolutely crashed to us its like equivalent to 400dollars around)

R6 mark ii hdmi and usb c ports seem to be loose.

The USB c port and the hdmi port seems to be loose. It still works but they both wiggle when I wiggle either of them, i think their connected together. The hdmi conection and the usb c port seems to be okay but their definitely moving inside the housing. Is this something I should get checked out?

Rf 100 400 vs tamron 100 400 vs sigma 100 400 for sports

I'm looking to get a 100 400mm for my r6 mark ii to shoot sports but can't decide on which one of them. The general consensus seems to be that the rf lens is cheaper and has better af. But like i don't know why but where I live the sigma and tamron seem to be quite a bit cheaper. Which one would be the best for shooting some football and occasional wildlife? (The sigma and tamron are the same price)
