In January 2021 I started having very bad, immense pain in my pelvic region that made it impossible to do regular day-to-day activities. Going to the bathroom became a source of fear because every time I finished, the pain would return a hundred times worse. I was popping painkillers like popcorn on an empty stomach because I couldn’t tolerate food, which ultimately gave me GERD. Fast forward, every gynecologist I visited in my town shamed me for not being able to tolerate the pain and diagnosed me with dysmenorrhea plus PCOS, telling me I was simply too sensitive and that this was the reason for my symptoms. In may I visited a homeopathy doctor who gave me meds which instead of relieving the pain elevated the pain to such extent that I \[19yr old at that time\] used to burn her stomach with hot water bag to divert her mind from that horrendous pain.
In September 2021 my grandfather—a doctor in London \[who has passed away last yr\]—visited me. After hearing all my symptoms in detail, he told me he strongly suspected endometriosis. He advised me to journal my symptoms monthly and send them to him, and he even gave me some medicines to try which actually helped me . I didn’t fully believe him at the time because multiple local doctors had run hundreds of tests and confidently attributed everything to PCOS and dysmenorrhea. Last year my grandfather passed away, and this year I returned to a doctor seeking help because my PCOS seems to be worsening—I’ve gained significant fat that I can’t lose despite efforts, along with increased anxiety. However, my current doctor does not believe I have endometriosis because both my MRI and ultrasound came back clear, and neither she nor my family supports proceeding with a laparoscopy.
I am writing this detailed timeline because I want to be taken seriously and explore whether endometriosis could still be present despite normal imaging. I understand that endometriosis can sometimes be missed on ultrasounds and MRIs, and that laparoscopy is considered the most reliable way to confirm it. Given how debilitating my symptoms have been for years and the family history insight from a qualified physician.
And she's the best doc we have in my city 💙
I'm looking to buy my first air fryer but I'm feeling quite confused with so many options out there. I came across the Philips NA231/00 and saw some really good reviews praising its performance and ease of use, but I'm hesitant to spend around ₹10,000 on one. Does anyone have solid recommendations for a good quality air fryer under ₹7,000 that performs well for daily cooking? It would be really convincing if it can also roast and reheat effectively. Would appreciate honest suggestions based on personal experience—things like build quality, capacity, ease of cleaning, how well it actually fries, and overall versatility. Thanks in advance!

I started reading this book because the author claimed she promotes chubby girl romance, but what I got instead was deeply disturbing. The husband, who is the male lead, abuses the female protagonist both physically and mentally while openly keeping a mistress. Yet somehow we’re supposed to be thankful that he hasn’t slept with his mistress after marriage. The in-laws and her own family are on another level of toxic. What’s truly astounding is that the female lead still clings to hope that this abusive man will eventually show her some softness and remains incredibly forgiving. The disgust I felt was overwhelming—eww, this is a new low, man. And because I commented that she promotes abuse, she blocked me. Let me tell you, I’ve read her other books and all of them have abusive manwhore male leads, but this particular one is disgusting.
Hey! I am currently using Maybelline New York lash lift mascara and it's really good, hold my lashes for long hours , doesn't smudge but the only problem is that when I take off the mascara with Garnier oil micellar water there is always 3/4 lashes in the cotton pads. I am scared that soon I will have no lashes left to apply mascara. Please recommend me a good mascara, budget is not a problem [ I only using mascara and lip product daily so I can invest in such products ].
I have I oily under eyes but I am scared to use waterproof mascara, really want a good tubing washable mascara , please help me 💞
I noticed these red , swollen and itchy spots all over my body today
I never thought I'd be writing a review about baby wipes, but here I am — because this product has genuinely become something I cannot step out of the house without.
Let me give you some context. I spend around five to six hours outdoors every single day for work, which means I'm constantly battling sun exposure, heat, sweat, and pollution. On top of that, I have naturally oily and sweaty skin, and I'm quite sun-sensitive, so I need to reapply sunscreen every three hours without fail. Now, here's the problem — by the time my next sunscreen application is due, my face is already a mess of sweat and oil. You simply cannot layer sunscreen over that. You need a clean base.
The obvious solution would be to wash your face, but when you're outdoors all day, access to clean water isn't always guaranteed. That's where wet wipes come in — or at least, that was the idea.
I tried several brands before landing on this one. The issues I kept running into were either strong artificial fragrances that irritated my skin, alcohol content that left my face feeling stripped and tight, or other harsh ingredients that did more harm than good. For someone with mildly sensitive skin, most wet wipes on the market were simply not an option.
Then I tried Littles Soft Cleansing Baby Wipes, and honestly, it's been a game-changer.
What sets it apart is its formulation — it's made with 98% pure water, with no harsh chemicals, no alcohol, and absolutely no fragrance. It's gentle enough for a baby's skin, which means it's more than gentle enough for mine. It effectively wipes away sweat, oil, and surface grime without leaving any residue or causing irritation. After a quick wipe-down, my face feels clean and fresh enough for me to apply sunscreen properly — right in the middle of the street if I need to.
The wipes themselves are thick and extra moist, so they don't fall apart mid-use and one wipe actually gets the job done.
If you have oily, sweaty, or sensitive skin — or if you're someone who spends a lot of time outdoors and needs a reliable, no-fuss way to cleanse on the go — I cannot recommend this enough. It's become my holy grail product, and I genuinely don't leave home without it.
Highly recommended. 10/10.💞
Review:
I have oily skin and have been using La Roche-Posay Anthelios UV Mune 450 Plus SPF sunscreen daily. It provides nice protection during my 4-5 hours of outdoor every day. It feels lightweight with no heavy white cast and suits oily skin well.
However, due to my sweaty face and being constantly exposed to sun, I need to reapply it every 3-4 hours. The biggest drawback is the price — at around ₹1400 per bottle, I finish 3 bottles a month, which is too expensive for me as I’m just starting my career.
Verdict: Excellent protection, but I won’t be buying it again due to the high cost. Looking for more affordable options.

This has been one of the biggest disappointments for me. I got influenced by all the hype online and bought two bottles in February. I have oily skin and spend around 5 hours outdoors daily. I was reapplying it every 3 hours, but it still failed me badly.
It tanned me a lot and gave me red patches all over my face due to sunburn. I even had to visit my dermatologist. While it might work fine for indoor use and gives a nice glow, it’s completely unsuitable for people who are outdoors for long hours or have sun sensitivity and need strong protection.
I finished one full bottle and am halfway through the second — and it still couldn’t protect me like my previous La Roche-Posay sunscreen did.
Verdict:
Expensive and overhyped. Great for light indoor use, but a total no-go if you’re outside a lot. I will not be repurchasing it. Looking for something with much better UV protection.

3)UV Doux D10 Aqua Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50 PA+++
This sunscreen has become my absolute holy grail product right now.
After getting badly sunburned and tanned from another sunscreen in February, I visited my dermatologist (who is truly a lifesaver). I expected a long list of recovery products, but he only recommended this one. I was skeptical and kept asking for extra tan-removal treatments, but he told me to just use this consistently for 3 months. I followed his advice and went back last week — the results are amazing. I was almost 3 shades darker at my worst, but now I’m just 1-2 shades away from my original skin tone. The tan has reduced noticeably.
I have moderately oily skin and sweat a lot. This lotion feels lightweight, gives a beautiful natural glow, and is moisturizing enough that I can skip my regular moisturizer — I just use toner + this sunscreen. It contains niacinamide, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and ceramides. Niacinamide works perfectly for my oily skin, and surprisingly, the vitamin C didn’t irritate me at all.
The only drawback is that it’s not very sweat-resistant, so I reapply every 3 hours when I’m outdoors for 4-5 hours daily. If you have extremely oily skin, you might need to set it with powder, but I love the glow so much that I don’t.
At around ₹800, it’s also much more pocket-friendly compared to La Roche-Posay. It gives me good protection, hydration, glow, and tan recovery all in one.
Verdict: Highly recommended for oily/combination skin, especially if you want both protection and skin repair benefits. This is a repurchase for sure!

My dermatologist prescribed this tinted sunscreen to my mother for her melasma, and during my recent visit, he also recommended it for me since I’m very sun-sensitive, prone to freckles (which I inherited from her), and easily tan.
My mother’s experience (normal skin):
She absolutely loves it. It’s her holy grail now — 10/10. She was out the whole day for a week doing wedding shopping for my brother in 32-34°C heat and didn’t get any tanning or worsening of melasma. Given how sun-sensitive we both are, this is impressive. Protection-wise, it’s excellent.
My experience (oily skin):
It works well for protection and gives good coverage, but it feels quite sticky on my oily skin, especially in humid weather. For daytime events, I sometimes use it after setting with Innisfree mineral powder, and it does the job. However, it’s not ideal for my daily use.
My mother has a clever trick — she mixes one pump of this with UV Doux sunscreen gets a beautiful glow with better texture. I’m currently finishing my UV Doux and plan to try the UV Doux Blue Light tinted (sweat-proof) version next.
Verdict:
A fantastic tinted sunscreen for normal skin types, especially those dealing with melasma or needing strong protection. Highly recommended for my mom, but if you have oily skin, you might find it heavy or need to set it with powder. Overall, very effective at preventing tanning and freckles in harsh sun.
