Convince me not to buy a Beosound A5

I know it's very overpriced, even if there are some for 1k on Ebay right now, but I'm unfortunately in the market again for some top quality Bluetooth speakers, and these tick every box exceptionally. Cost aside, are there any others that have a similar level of detail and can get as loud if not louder?

I have a special use case of needing a speaker to play my instruments to outside (primarily the saxophone), so balanced, loud, and portable are my priorities, in that order.

Used to own a Beosound Level that, minus the software issues, I seriously loved. They were just about loud enough. Got them for cheap on Drop, but as of last night they have been stolen... They had a directional, accurate detail about them that worked really nicely however, even though the bass was a little lackluster. So yea, just trying to find a good enough replacement.

Is now a bad time to plant anything?

Hi, fellow botanist and beginner gardener here. Recently invested in a 3-ish foot tall Saguaro cactus! Because it was quite expensive, I definitely do not want to mess it up.

I’ve heard differing opinions on planting right now. Some say it’s good because of all the monsoon rain, others bad because of the heat.

Should I wait it out with the Saguaro, or are hardy cacti fine to put in the ground right now? Any other tips in planting it?

IPS wavy lines and display issues out of nowhere

https://imgur.com/a/uBH5GHV

Strange I can’t upload photos on this subreddit, but my laptop is getting only slightly old — 3 years now — and now the display suddenly has some wavy discoloration.

Laptop is a 2023 Razer 14, so it has an IPS LCD. Are IPS’s prone to discoloration like this, or does Razer just kinda suck…

It’s out of warranty, so would this be the correct part to replace, or will I have to open it up to truly know?

ALSO one of the usb c ports has stopped responding. Is this normally an easy fix/part swap if I have a soldering iron, or will it take a professional to troubleshoot?

White specs seemingly out of nowhere. How to fix?

The paint on my car was never stellar on the top; it’s old, 26 years. But recently it now has all these white specs that do not come off. Can’t even pick them or scratch them off.

The car’s recently washed in these pics, so looks like I need to do some paint correction.

Can anyone tell me what these specs could be, and if this compound+polishable, or do I need to sand and repaint the entire thing to fix.
