Executive Dysfunction Absolutely Sucks
Hey, everyone. Executive Dysfunction is very difficult to deal with. There’s a lot I want to do. Various hobbies, career building, general life improvements…I just find it extremely difficult to get started and stick to something consistently. I’m AuDHD, have depression, generalized anxiety, and Bipolar Disorder, which makes things even more difficult. I need to find ways to navigate my executive dysfunction before things get more difficult, while I’m in a position to do so. Any advice? Thank you and stay safe.
