Gluten free breakfast in Singapore

We want to relive our kaya-toast and runny-egg breakfast memories in Singapore but sadly my partner has gluten allergy (can eat traces like in soy sauce, not alot like bread).

What are the chances there are hawker or cafes that do gluten free baked goods? I'm assuming those that do will be the fancier cafes.

Can a cat stay alone for 5 days if someone checks on them frequently?

Planning to go away for a few days, there will be a camera on the multi-litter box setup, multiple water bowls and automated feeding. Family friend offered to check on the cat every second day.

Recently I’ve been seeing more about Singapore’s suburban areas offering interesting experiences.

I’ll be travelling with one kid (7 years old), so I’m looking for recommendations on places to visit and activities outside the main city center that are still fun and family-friendly.
