Hyundai i20 IVT owners – how do you get the best mileage? Tips pls 🙏

Hey guys 👋

I recently got an i20 IVT and I’m trying to understand how to get the best mileage out of it, especially in city traffic (Bangalore kind of conditions 😅).

Would love to hear from existing i20 CVT/IVT users:

  • What mileage are you getting (city/highway)?
  • Any specific driving habits that helped improve it?
  • Do modes like Eco actually make a noticeable difference?
  • Ideal speed/RPM range to maintain?
  • Things to avoid (hard acceleration, idling, AC usage, etc.)

Also any general tips on maintenance or driving style that helped you improve mileage would be super helpful 🙌

Trying to balance smooth driving + decent fuel economy 😄

Thanks in advance!

Are Marwaris Too Obsessed With “Log Kya Kahenge?” 👀

Let’s be honest - almost every Marwari kid has heard things like:

  • “Business hi karna hai.”
  • “Shaadi kab karoge?”
  • “Risk mat lo.”
  • “Relatives kya sochenge?”

But times are changing fast.

People are choosing creative careers, moving abroad, dating differently, starting startups, becoming influencers, artists, consultants, creators — and not everyone wants the traditional path anymore.

So here’s the question for the community:

Do you think Marwari society is becoming more open-minded, or are we still too controlled by family expectations and social image?

Share:

  • Your experiences growing up in a Marwari family
  • The funniest or most frustrating “log kya kahenge” moment
  • Things you wish would change in the community
  • Traditions you actually love and want to keep alive

No filters. No judgment. Just honest discussion.

Hi everyone 👋

We’ve recently started a small Reddit community called r/MarwariUnfiltered - a relaxed, judgment‑free space for Marwaris to talk about life, culture, work, family expectations, relationships, and modern realities.

It’s single‑friendly, but not exclusively about being single. The idea is simply open, respectful conversations without pressure or stereotypes.

If you enjoy thoughtful discussions around culture and everyday life, you’re welcome to check it out or just read along.

Appreciate spaces like this on Reddit, so thought I’d share. 🙂

Hi everyone 👋

We’ve recently started a small (and still growing!) Reddit community called r/MarwariUnfiltered - a relaxed, judgment‑free corner of the internet for Marwaris to talk openly about life as it actually is, not just how it’s supposed to look on paper 😄

This space is all about real conversations — culture, work, careers, family expectations, relationships, being single (or happily not), modern dilemmas, old traditions, awkward questions, funny observations, and everything in between. Basically, the kind of discussions we all have in our heads or in late‑night chats, but don’t always find the right place to share online.

It’s single‑friendly, but definitely not only about being single. There’s no pressure to fit into any box, no matchmaking agendas, and no judging life choices. Just thoughtful, respectful discussions where different perspectives are welcome and curiosity is encouraged. You can share, vent, ask questions, laugh at stereotypes, or simply read along quietly — all are equally valid.

If you enjoy open conversations about culture and everyday life, or you’ve ever felt there should be a more honest, chill space for Marwari voices, you’re welcome to check it out. Even if you just lurk at first, that’s perfectly okay too 🙂

Reddit thrives on good communities, and we genuinely appreciate spaces that encourage dialogue without noise or pressure - so thought we’d share this one here.

Hey folks,

I’m a 30-year-old guy based in Bangalore, working as a software engineer. Life’s been mostly about work lately, and I’d like to change that by meeting someone new and seeing where things go.

A bit about me: • Easygoing, practical, and enjoy good conversations • Into casual outing, long drives, trying new places, or just chilling. Driving bike and now car makes me happy. • Not a party person every weekend, but not boring either, I do enjoy going out occasionally. Dancing on loud music and singing out loudly is my go to therapy • Value honesty, consistency, clarity and mutual respect

What I’m looking for: • Preferably A Marwari girl • Someone who’s up for hanging out, exploring the city, and building a genuine connection • Open to something long-term if we vibe

If this sounds like your kind of thing, feel free to DM!
