What the actual hell... how is that even real? I have a $5k FFC I need to use and would like to try and get Polaris somewhere. I thought Scotland in November would be reasonable but... how in the ever living fk can it be $15k for a flight there in November 1-5? Are they trolling me?
Is there a site to look them up? Is anyone familiar with some in the Chicagoland area? I was about to pull the trigger on an X8 but reviews of the dealer were abysmal (stating no-shows, subbed out work, bad parts, missing parts, and more). I’d appreciate if anyone was able to point me in the right direction.
I’m considering a Bullfrog X8 but any comparable product would work so long as the dealer / service is rock solid (as I’ve come to learn from this sub just how critical that is).
Thank ya.
Any idea where to start? They’re few and far between on most forums / spaces. Imagine there’s somewhere that isn’t CarGuru, BaT, etc.
Male, almost 40, just got back a test for the first time that made my new PCP sit me down.
I'm not terribly overweight but my lifestyle has been stressful and I could have made better eating/drinking choices to-date.
Now, I'm here with the following:
I am so scared... I have a Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) scan scheduled, I've reduced drinking, went hard on a new diet (fiber, low fat, fish + chicken vs red meat, etc), and am trying hard to reduce stress (honestly one of my biggest challenges).
Years ago, I did have high numbers but was able to reduce LDL from 142mg/dL to 115mg/dL and HDL from 71mg/dL to 49mg/dL. This was with a job change, exercise, and eating habits. But it's back up now and I'm also older.
The CAC is something I want, but almost don't want because I'm scared of the results to-come. I have a young kid and just can't stop thinking of worst case scenarios.
I guess I'm just looking for anyone else who may have had similar numbers and made solid progress. Thanks in advance for any success stories, support, or otherwise.
I am new to this type of system / product.
I have a rangefinder for my lifestyle art / print work.
I have a DSLR fixed lens for commercial stills + light video.
I have an iPhone for social content.
I’m super intrigued by the love for the Pocket 3. The quality and ease of use + integration look great as well. My question, as someone who is faced with a choice of upgrading to an iPhone 17 Pro with a gimbal vs the Osmo Pocket 3… why not use the iPhone + stabilizer?
This is not a troll question. I’m on the fence and simply wondering. If I’m carrying another thing, what would that do for me an iPhone 17 Pro + gimbal/stabilizer can’t.
Thanks for any insight and info.
