Help with kibbe type! Height 5’5”

Looking for help figuring out my kibbe type, I’m nonbinary and have gone through some weight and body shape fluctuations the past few years.

Fallout S3 filming

Another user posted shots inside the museum before but they used the Natural History Museum in LA and the rose garden outside. They were filming for about three days. I also got video of them blowing stuff up which was super cool!

Rides to avoid for chronic pain

I have off and on neck/shoulder/arm pain and I’m going to Knott’s for the first time in a couple weeks. I want to avoid anything that jerks around too quickly or has a huge drop (vertical compression). Rides with a seat where I can firmly rest my head are good.

I’m already going to avoid Supreme Scream (a harsh drop sounds bad for me) and Silver Bullet cause I’ve heard it’s getting old and jerky.

—

If you want more context for my condition and rides I can tolerate:

I went to Universal almost a year ago and went on a few rides and had varying levels of discomfort/pain. For reference: the Transformers ride was awful as it jerked around way too quickly, The Mummy was harsh as well, but Flight of the Hippogriff was actually pretty doable and the Forbidden Journey ride was totally fine for me, since the movement is a lot slower. I had a lot of neck and arm pain in the days after but acupuncture made it basically disappear.

I’m in physical therapy for my condition as it’s mostly a muscle issue (thoracic outlet syndrome). I get flare ups that can be dealt with later through acupuncture, PT, and meds, and I have greatly improved my neck/shoulder/arm strength in the past year and a half, so things should be a little better but I obviously don’t want to rattle myself too hard.

[Routine Help] Acne and Redness/Scarring

26 nonbinary AMAB
A little over a month of having an actual skincare routine. I can tell the difference just in how my face doesn’t hurt or feel gross, and I get pimples much less often, though I feel like progress has plateaued.

Some days I forget an AM or PM but I’ve been fairly consistent with this. The before pictures (top) were when I exclusively used acne wash and benzoyl in the morning and didn’t do anything at night. The middle is ~1 month into routine and the bottom is now or about a month and a half. What can I add in or improve on?

AM:
• Neutrogena acne wash
• Benzoyl Peroxide 10%, leave on, affected areas only
• Vitamin C serum 20%
• Lubriderm all skin types moisturizer
Sometimes I add in one of the two sunscreens pictured afterwards, I know I should be using SPF daily!

PM:
• Sulfur soap bar
• Lubriderm all skin types moisturizer

Plants under date palm

I live in southern California, zone 10b, and I want to remove the lawn in my front yard. I’ve been told I shouldn’t due to the large date palm also in the yard, because it will drop fruit and cause baby palms to sprout up, and the grass is the only way to not have that happen.

Is the fruit that big of an issue or can I still replace the lawn with something more native and just weed out the baby palms if/when they show up?

The entire backyard was already landscaped with natives from before I moved in and I have basically no experience with plants or landscaping so advice with getting started is very appreciated!

The front yard also has agave, blue lilies, creeping lantana, and indian hawthorne.

dumb question: freezing rice

Really dumb question probably, but I just haven’t seen it answered before.
I want to freeze rice to keep it good longer, but everything I look up only gives directions on freezing freshly cooked rice. If I have rice that has been in the fridge ~24 hours (and was placed there within 2 hours of being cooked) can I now divide it up and throw it in the freezer? And how do I avoid it getting freezer burned or going bad? How long can it be in the freezer before I should toss it?
