I’ve tried the video selfie verification several times, but it says it can’t recognize me. If I try to change the password instead, the process only works for my private profile.

I’ve been trying to log in since this morning at 11 a.m., using my phone, a laptop, a desktop computer, and even another phone, but nothing has worked.
So I’m wondering what I can do, and whether this has happened to anyone else. This profile is very important to me, and I really don’t want to lose it or have to create a new one from scratch.

I’m the second of five siblings (M: 30 years old, me F: 28, F: 24, M: 22, M: 17), and even though there are four years between me and my sister, we were born just one day apart: me on the 30th and her on the 31st. Because of that, we always celebrate our birthdays together and exchange gifts, even though we are completely different in personality and tastes.
At Christmas, I bought gifts for all of my siblings even though I’m unemployed. I used my savings to buy something for everyone: a white chocolate protein cream for my older brother, a €30 Amazon gift card for my younger brothers, and a €40 Sephora gift card for my sister. I love giving gifts, and I believe everyone deserves a present both at Christmas and on their birthday. My sister gave me a Wicked hair towel from Primark and a face mask for Christmas.
When our birthday came around, I gave her a pair of small earrings I bought at a pharmacy. I thought she would get me a cinema gift card like she did last year. Instead, she didn’t give me anything, saying that “because of work she hadn’t had time,” but that she would buy it soon.
Four months have passed, and I still haven’t received even a small thought or gesture from her. Yet after work she goes to the gym almost every day, and when she skips the gym, she goes shopping and keeps buying countless hair products. She even used the Sephora gift card I gave her to spend €50 instead of €90, but for me she doesn’t want to spend even €50 on an Amazon gift card, telling me: “I don’t have money to waste on a gift card.” She doesn’t want to buy me anything from my Amazon wishlist or even a simple cinema gift card, always using the same excuse: “I don’t have time.”
The other day she went to the cinema with her friends, and I immediately texted her asking her to pick up the membership card from the kiosk right next to the woman checking tickets. I thought, “Okay, she can’t possibly miss it.” But when she got home, she immediately told me she hadn’t bought it because “it wasn’t there.” I’ve been going to that cinema regularly for ten years, and I had recently gone there again to watch two movies: that kiosk has always been there. So there was no way she hadn’t seen it. When I pointed that out, she added, “We were late, so we were in a hurry.”
That’s when I got really angry. Because during all these months she has kept working, paying for her gym membership and zumba classes, shopping, and doing everything else she wants, while I stay home helping our mother with household chores and even making my sister’s bed every morning. Yet despite all that, she can’t find either the time or the money to get me a stupid gift card. And still, I always made sure to find the right gift for her, both at Christmas and for her birthday.
And I’m tired of having to remind her over and over again about that missing gift and feeling like she only thinks about herself.
