Anyone here who trained with STOTT pero decided to focus fully on the mat alone? How's the journey like? Do you skip the reformer before you get your Level 1 certification? If yes, did you proceed with Level 2 Matwork before getting fully certified in mat alone?

Planning to teach cause I fell in love with Pilates, but I'd like to focus on the mat for accessibility and I also have a full-time job that I equally love.

Hi, can you please reco your favorite Mat Pilates classes that are not bordering Sculpt? I liked Synapse Wellness’ classes but curious if there are other studios that are STOTT-based? I keep seeing videos of “Mat Pilates” classes but they are in fact doing Sculpt.
