My Wrexham Purchases

I took the opportunity to stock up on Wrexham merchandise when I visited. Saved so much money… ok not really because I bought a lot 😁The flag is just the one I’ve had at my house for years (Pre-Wrexham days.) I took it to the stadium just so I’d know it’s been there every time I look at it.

First Visit

My family and I are in vacation on the UK. Had to stop by Wrexham, get some merch to bring home and have a pint at The Turf!

Seeking Help Danish Wall

Hello, everyone. I’m looking for help with my Danish Great Grandfather. I can’t seem to make headway on this and was recommended to ask for help here. I connected with my father just 8 years ago when I was in my mid 40s. Thankfully, we now have a good relationship. DNA helped me find him and I became very interested in genealogy. I’ve had good success with his maternal line but the paternal is harder. Could someone help?

Looking for help

Like many other people here, I spent most of my adult life not knowing who my father was. Mostly this was due to the fact that my mother is an unstable person who lies all the time. About 8 years ago I did the test and ended up finding my father. I’m fortunate to have gotten to know and love him. It wasn’t an easy process but we talk frequently and I visit when I can.

I’ve had good success building my family tree on his side maternally. However, my great grandfather is an enigma. I can’t figure out his story or background. I’d like to get in touch with someone who is more experienced, especially if they have worked with Danish immigrants. If anyone can help, please let me know.
