We are renting..we've been in this house over a year. Found this in the cabinet today. No label. I flipped the metal piece up to see what was under it. It has some sort of liquid. Just curious to see if anyone would recognize the thus type of vial and maybe knows what the liquid is

This is so freaking good y'all...I cooked down some spinach & added feta cheese.. it was good before but it's delicious now.
