First owner carried but not cut. Perfect blade centering, blade lockup, and action. It is very sharp and drops like a guillotine.

I am selling this to fund other knife purchases. Please see pictures for flaws. I have circled the three small imperfections. I very briefly carried the knife but never cut anything with it. Factory edge. During the time I carried it, it fell off my lap getting out of the car and nicked the blade and scale. They are extremely hard to see in person and the small blade nick can be sharpened out with a light sharpening if it bothers you (please see pictures).

First owner purchased from NC Blade. Never cut. Factory edge. No wear on blade or pocket clip. Perfect action and easy to deploy. Knife has been carried. I basically used it as a pocket fidget toy. Body has wear from pocket carry. One of the screws needs to be cleaned off. I don’t have a tool small enough to clean it. There are tiny scuffs and tiny spots of missing anodization. I think a hawk bill looks wicked. Especially a harpoon hawk bill. But are they too hard to sharpen for it to be worth the cool factor?

I juts got the G&G Hawk Talon. In my opinion it is by far the most satisfying knife lock to play with…. I mean deploy for serious work. Now, even my Shark Lock Demkos don’t seem as fun. I know that the Toggle Lock is being used on at least 1 other knife from another maker. In your opinion, what is the most satisfying knife or knife lock to use?

I’m pretty sure I’ve lost my mind. When I bought my first “expensive” knife I expected that to be a one time deal. It was not.

On the left column are some of my favorite USA made knives in my collection. The right column has some of my favorite imports in my collection. Mostly China and Taiwan made. What’s your favorites? (I’ve got a G&G Hawk Talon on the way).

I only included Spydercos that are hard to get your hands on. Next I’m thinking Rex 121 Smock but man are they expensive. (Lots of PM2’s and Shamans. Let me know if you have any questions about what’s what.)

I juts got my M4 Spyderco PM2 Tanto. I’ve had the S30V version for a while now. The M4 is 2 grams heavier and has a thicker top swedge. I decided not to get a second black PM2 Tanto on drop day because I wanted someone else to have a chance to get one.

The first pic is after processing in the Dwarf stellar studio app. Dwarf 3, 100 pictures at 30 seconds exposure time under a bright street light in the middle of the city. What exactly does Stellar Studio do? I feel like I’m cheating.

I’m thinking KalashniCob with serrated kernels that don’t come to a point? I consider it a bonus if the food themed knife has a useless feature, like a blunt, hotdog tip, or rounded off serrations. My last pick up were the Vosteed cheese knives and I’m impressed. Please help me waste more money on my next novelty knife!

I’ve wanted a Microtech Hawk for years now. I always thought that I would have to pay the eBay tax to get one. (I know eBay doesn’t sell autos but you get my point). It seems like if you wait long enough, Microtech will re-release that grail you have wanted forever. I’m looking forward to the Halo 7. I have had my issues with Microtech in the past but I will say this about them: When they do bring back their best knives, they don’t artificially hold back production. If you want one and you are signed up for email advertisements from the top knife shops, you will get one. Take note Demko.
