Does anything exist to back up just a list of what artists/albums you have monitored/downloaded without backing up the content itself? I have data backups but as a "plan C" I just want a list of everything I have (that I could hopefully re-import to a fresh lidarr install in case something went horribly wrong)

On injections (currently on 2.5 EV/week) my testosterone drops very drastically, levels are always less than 10. I have no sex drive, lower energy levels, etc.
On oral estrogen with spiro, my testosterone was in the ~300 range. I'm aware bicalutamide is often preferred here but my Dr didn't seem open to it, and I'd rather be on monotherapy anyway if it's possible
I'd prefer to stay on injections, but is there any way to stop it from pushing down my testosterone so low?
I'm on a pretty tight budget and the only compounding pharmacy near me quoted almost $100/month unfortunately
