Why the air ticket of Singapore airlines are (almost) always expensive than that of other full-service airlines?

If the service and good are the same, why people still buy the expensive one?

I had a screening call with recruiter. At end the call, the recruiter told me if not hearing back further in one week, just ask her for the update.

Is it a soft rejection?

Date on application changed but status remains the same in SAP Successfactors

I applied for a job at a company via SAP Successfactors in May. When I logged into the system, and look at the applications, I realized that the date on the application was changed to a day in June.

What is the algorithm behind the change?

As a recruiter, have you received dozens of applications from India or Indian people for a job requisition?

And these resumes are not relevant

I applied for a job two months ago and when I logged into the application tracking system. The status remains unchanged as when I applied. But when I clicked my application, it shows requisition closed and shows that my resume was uploaded on a date later than my appliation.

What does this mean? Does it mean that the company is no longer hiring for this role?

Is it easy to hire employee with Chinese proficiency in professional setting (not merely daily conversation) in Singapore?

I understand that 70% of Singaporean are ethnic Chinese. But I am still wondering is it easy to find candidates who can speak, read and write Chinese about professional topics rather than merely daily conversation?
