Just heard a loud bang/ boom. Did anyone hear it too and know what it was

Hello, I don't ever run with my phone. The other day whilst out on a run, whilst tumbling down a hill and fighting off brambles all the while trying not to fall in a river. I was convinced i was finding a new and better route. I was not.

It occurred to me that I should probably have an emergency contact to hand. I can never recall a mobile phone number if I needed to call someone. My head is full of far too many useless facts for that.

Does anyone know a way i can save contacts on the watch

Thanks
