[Hiring] VA For A Marketing Agency Based in the US (Remote)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE FULL JOB POSTING DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING:

About Us:
We are a lead-gen marketing agency for window tint shops in the US. We run Google and Facebook ads for them.

Responsibilities
Right now our agency is in a growth phase and the candidate will assist in all facets of the day-to-day of running and delivering results to clients
A2P registration and compliance setup for client accounts

Building GoHighLevel (GHL) automations for ad campaigns

Making changes and updates to existing automations on client request

Drafting Meta ads strategy documents

A random bullet point is inserted to see if you're paying attention. Say the secret code "Rock" in the video you film on your application

Sending and managing client payment reminders

Handling miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks as the agency grows

More tasks will be given in the future as well as more hours to work a week (and higher pay)

Qualifications (Required)
Experience using GoHighLevel required*
This role requires a lot of hands-on work inside GHL (funnels, workflows, automations)

Experience using website builders (Wix, GoDaddy, Squarespace, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written English skills. A good, American accent is a plus since part of this role may involve client-facing communication.

Organized (You have no problem staying on top of a variety of tasks at once. Your tolerance for “overwhelm” is high)

You're a problem solver, meaning your role responsibility is to take work off our hands so we're not bothered not constantly bother us for every little thing - so you need to “own” yourself

Qualifications (Preferred)
Experience using project management tools (Clickup or Notion)

You are comfortable speaking and listening to people from all over the world

You are competent and organized with remote work and systems. (Slack, Zoom, G Drive, etc)

You have experience working with professionals/experts in a B2B environment.  You are on time, present yourself professionally, and carry yourself with high standards.

You enjoy working in a proactive and detailed way.  You like to be ahead of due dates and you don’t like leaving “open loops”)

You want to ask questions, be coached/critiqued, and developed.

Why You Might Enjoy This Role
We will always find a way for you to grow more and earn more. We genuinely want to struggle to replicate you because you have become that great.

Outside of standard SOPs and “To-Dos,” - we encourage feedback, input, and insight. The goal is for you to come up with better ideas than us, it means you’re the right fit. Creation is one of the best forms of contribution.

Work remotely (Just have good internet, a nice camera, and a clean background)

We have SOPs on every single process, and we will train you on everything

Most of all a go-getter who wants an opportunity to grow into management roles as the agency grows.

Let's talk about time expectations:
The hours can vary but you can expect 3 hours/day. This will generally be between 9 am and 5 pm EST

From time to time, we have tasks or issues that require immediate resolution so, we would expect additional availability till 5pm EST, and possibly some weekends as needed. We will do our best to get you what you need ahead of time, but it's important that you can be flexible.
Candidates should have at least 3 hours available each day (M-F) to devote to specific projects and communication with the team. Very important to note that this is a check-in every day as the role is very dynamic, not something that is scheduled in advance and runs automatically.

Now, let's talk about the awesome stuff:
We have one policy. If you do the right thing by us, we will do the right thing by you.
We are also super family-first and we will do our absolute best to work around your requirements. We understand that life can get in the way. All we ask is that you don't take advantage of this
We will always trust you until you give us a reason not to
You will never get in trouble or reprimanded if you make a mistake, as long as you have our best interest at heart and you thought it was the right decision
We actively encourage input. The worst case is we have a team of people who are too afraid to speak their piece
We are also super transparent. If we are happy, you will know, if we are not, you will also know
We are a fun, positive, growing team. We love to support each other in our individual roles. We're like a virtual family.
Opportunity to make a real difference. We aren't just churning and burning through clients, we want all of our team to be super proud of where they work and the people they work for

Here's what we expect from you:
As this is a remote position where we will be transferring large files back and forth, fast & reliable internet is a must.
Nothing is ever a big enough problem that can't be fixed if we are made aware of it. Disappearing if something goes wrong is a big no-no
You love getting things done. You love to keep your project management board up to date and have high-touch communication, you can let us know what you need, stay on top of your tasks, and update us on tasks completed without us having to track you down for answers.
You're a self-starter, problem-solver, and are reliable. You can juggle lots of moving pieces, and know how to focus and execute!
You're good with engaging people. Part of this role will be working with several stakeholders, so your ability to communicate concepts and ideas will be critical
You love having full ownership over the process. You're constantly seeking to improve projects asking yourself what's working and how you can make your role better.
You have a high attention to detail, you're careful to stay on brand and avoid typos, etc. without getting caught up in perfectionism.
You appreciate and value feedback and can handle direct (and blunt) feedback along the way for continuous improvement.

Application Details:
We will likely get 100+ applications for this role and we simply don't have time to interview that many candidates, so make this stand out if you want a job that will change the entire trajectory of your life.
We require a 2-3 minute loom video along with your application. Candidates WITHOUT the video won't be accepted. If you don't feel comfortable you can have your camera off.
The video can include your past work experience, why you are a good fit for the role etc
The compensation would be USD 400 per month.
We are looking to bring our new colleague on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit both in abilities and culture.
Please include the word "Secret" in the final question of this application to show us your attention to detail. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis for interviews.

P.S: Incomplete applications or applications without the secret word will be immediately disqualified
