Cloud 3 S not updating
I just got my HyperX Cloud 3 S wireless, installed the NGENUITY app and started a firmware update but the headphones and dongle have been updating for more than 15 minutes now. I don't think that's normal or is it? I plugged both into my pc and made sure it's a data cable. What am I supposed to do now?
