I was walking when this homeless man approached me and asked if I could buy him magwinya and when I said I had no money he went off on me like crazy,I get he was going through a lot but damn,crashing out doesn't help the situation,now I'm definitely not helping,stay safe out there guys,there's some crazy people in these PTA streets

I have some old clothes I don't really need anymore and wanna get rid of them,what are my options here in PTA?? I don't want anything online,that takes too long,I want a physical place I can actually go to,give them the clothes and get cash in return
