I used to eat a whole box of sweet now i couldnt even finish a quarter of it

I used to eat an entire box of dessert in one sitting. It's only week 2 of my Ozempic, and I ordered the same dessert because my period cravings hit me out of nowhere and I was craving something sweet so badly.

But I could only eat about a quarter of it, and after that I couldn't even look at it.

The same dessert I used to go absolutely crazy for and finish in one sitting.

It just hit me... wow. I used to eat so much. My husband would always have just 1/4 of the dessert, and even he used to be shocked by how much of a sweet tooth I had and how I could finish the whole thing by myself.

Now I look back and realize how out of control my cravings were. I had no idea how much they were affecting my health. It's honestly wild to see the difference already.

Spent a fortune on eczema products only to realize my baby's moisturizer fixed it.

For the last few weeks, my moisturizer finished and I didn’t have time to go and grab a new one, so I started using my baby’s moisturizer—and it worked wonders for my skin. I have eczema, and my skin was getting very dry. I could really feel it. My pores also looked a bit larger. Plus i had all this peeling skin(white flakes) on my cheekbones ( which honeslty looked so ugly)

Out of the blue, I started using my baby’s spare moisturizer two to three times a day, and within a week I saw visible results. Even my husband noticed and said my skin is literally glowing.

I spent so much money on expensive moisturizers, only to realize that this small, simple baby moisturizer works really well for my skin.

Recent Engineering License/KSE Process in Kuwait? Need guidance.

Hey, I'm trying to get my engineering license in Kuwait and I'm super confused because I heard the process changed.

If you've done it recently, could you please explain it to me? I'd really appreciate it!

Here are some of my questions:

- What's the whole process from start to finish?

- Does my university need to be accredited? If so, how can I check?

- Do I still need degree attestation and Dataflow verification?

- Is there an interview or exam?

- Who handles this now? Is it still KSE or someone else?

- How long does the whole thing usually take?

- Is it a long and hard process?

- What documents should I get ready beforehand?

- Were there any unexpected problems or delays I should know about?

I'd love to hear from anyone who's been through this recently, especially in 2025 or 2026. Any tips, timelines, or personal stories would be a huge help

Life without a driving license in Kuwait is so isolating. Anyone else feel the same?

I've been living in Kuwait for the last few years without a driving license, and honestly, it's starting to take a toll on me.

I'm married and we have a young child. For almost 3 years now, we barely go anywhere except the nearby beach or the same malls over and over again. I'd love to explore more of Kuwait, visit parks, farms, chalets, museums, or just go on random family outings, but without a car it feels nearly impossible.

People often suggest using buses, but anyone with an infant knows that's easier said than done. My child gets restless after a while and can't sit still for an hour on a bus, so long journeys become really stressful.

Even simple things like grocery shopping end up costing more because we have to rely on taxis. Those extra fares add up quickly, especially for a family.

Sometimes it feels like we're stuck in the same routine while everyone else can just get in their car and go wherever they want. I know Kuwait is a very car-dependent country, which makes not having a license feel even more limiting.

Is anyone else in the same situation? How do you manage family outings, shopping, or just getting out of the house without spending a fortune on taxis? I'd genuinely love to hear how others cope.

Nervous and afraid, I took my first shot today.

So I finally took my first Ozempic shot 10 minutes ago. I am really nervous and afraid as I heard how difficult the initial days are, and I have a 9-month-old as well. I am just writing it down here, afraid of the symptoms. I can't sleep, although I planned to take it in the evening so that I could get some sleep, but I am all nervous.

Starting glp1 ozempic

Title: Starting Ozempic for PCOS, severe insulin resistance, and very high LDL cholesterol — looking for experiences from parents of babies

I'm a 27-year-old woman with PCOS, significant insulin resistance, obesity, and an LDL cholesterol level of around 300. My doctor has advised me to start Ozempic, and I'm seriously considering it.

I never thought I would take a GLP-1 medication because I really wanted to reverse everything naturally. Over the past few months, I tried very hard with diet and exercise. I cut out sugar for a month, followed a calorie deficit for another two months, walked regularly, and managed to lose about 4 kg. Unfortunately, after stopping the strict routine, I regained 6 kg.

What makes this especially difficult is that I have a 9-month-old baby and very little support. Most days it's just me and my husband, and finding time and energy for meal prep, exercise, and sleep is incredibly challenging.

The thing that is pushing me toward starting Ozempic now is that over the past week I've been experiencing chest discomfort and pain that sometimes goes into my left arm. I know nobody online can tell me what's causing that, and I am following up medically, but it has made me more worried about my health, especially with such a high LDL level.

For those who started Ozempic while caring for a baby or young children:

- How difficult were the side effects to manage?

- Did nausea, fatigue, or other symptoms make parenting harder?

- Any tips for getting through the first few weeks?

- Did it help your insulin resistance and cholesterol levels?

- Do you have any regrets about starting, or do you wish you had started sooner?

I'm feeling a mix of guilt, fear, and relief about potentially needing medication after trying so hard on my own. I'd appreciate hearing honest experiences.

9-Month-Old's Sleep Schedule Is Completely Broken and I'm Exhausted – Need Advice

My 9-month-old baby's sleep schedule has become a complete mess over the last 4–5 days, and I honestly don't know what to do anymore.

He is not sleeping properly at night, and his daytime sleep is all over the place too. There is no fixed routine. Sometimes he sleeps in the morning, sometimes he doesn't. Recently, he's only been sleeping for about 4–5 hours at a stretch, then wakes up fully, wants to play, and only goes back to sleep later.

Instead of having a proper night's sleep, he seems to be splitting his sleep into random chunks throughout the day and night. He might sleep for 2–3 hours at odd times, and if I try to wake him to get him back on a schedule, he becomes very fussy, refuses to play, and just wants to go back to sleep.

The hardest part is that I'm becoming sleep-deprived myself. Everyone says "sleep when the baby sleeps," but I can't because I never know if his nap will last 30 minutes or 2 hours. I end up lying there stressed and unable to fall asleep, and now I'm struggling with insomnia because of it.

Has anyone gone through something similar with a 9-month-old? Is this a sleep regression, teething, overtiredness, or something else? Any tips on how to get him back onto a more predictable schedule would be greatly appreciated.

I Lost 4 kg in 2 Months, Then Gained It Back in 1 Month. Need Advice

I’m 8 months postpartum and feeling really defeated.

I have PCOS and I’m no longer breastfeeding. About 3 months ago, I started trying to lose weight and was extremely strict with my calories. I worked really hard for 2 months and only managed to lose 4 kg. The low-calorie intake ended up backfiring badly — my stress levels went through the roof, I had terrible insomnia for 2 straight weeks, and I was barely functioning.

I’m the only one taking care of my baby, so I started eating more just to have enough energy to get through the day and night. In the following month, I gained back the entire 4 kg that took me 2 months of hard work to lose.

Now I’m back where I started and feeling frustrated and hopeless.

For those with PCOS who are postpartum and not breastfeeding, how did you successfully lose weight without wrecking your energy levels, sleep, or mental health? Did anything help with appetite, cravings, or slow weight loss? Any advice would be appreciated.

Where r u guys getting glp1

Hi everyone,

I've been hearing a lot about GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro for weight loss and insulin resistance. I'm curious about the situation in Kuwait and wanted to hear from people who have actually gone through the process.

Which clinics or doctors are prescribing them?

Are they generally easy to find in pharmacies, or are there still shortages?

Did you get them through a government hospital or a private clinic?

What has been your experience with costs, follow-up appointments, and side effects?

I'm not looking for unofficial sources or resellers—just trying to understand how people in Kuwait are accessing these medications through proper medical channels.

Would appreciate any recent experiences or recommendations. Thanks! 😊
