5 weeks old not eating as usual

My 5.5 weeks baby has suddenly droped her daily intake from around 120ml to just 30-50ml per feeding. She also seems a bit cranky and refuses the bottle if I try feeding her a bit more. Overnights feeding seems alright though and keeps the 120ml level however, day feeding she is not that interested.

Sometimes, She seems in disconfort with gases too specially when I try and hold her. Otherwise, she seems quite happy when lying flat and sleeps as usual (quite a lot indeed , nights have been really easy so far…)

I am stressing out with the feeding because of the sudden change in pattern. Is this normal growth spurt behavior? Any experience with a similar situation and for how long would you wait before going to the pedi?

Intolerance cues

I have the feeling that my almost 5 weeks old baby girl might have some intolerance to lactose. I am feeding her Nan Supreme after switching from Nidina and she seems in so much idsconfort after some feedings… also, I can feel and hear the gases inside her tummy…

She is confortable when lying flat though, not so much when I hold her or just after feeding.

Qhen dis you find out your baby was intolerant? Which were the cues and how dis you transition to a new one? How long did it take for you to see the difference?

My babyb might be just gassy because she is 5 weeks old.. who knows but… just a mum’s gut feeling…

Thanks!

Baby cries after feeding (formula)

24 days old baby cries just after feeding her (formula). She seems unconfortable and starts crying in my arms. Do not think She is hungry since the cues are not hunger and if I offer more milk she does not settle down. However, If I leave her lying flat facing up, she stops crying and seems quite content, no more crying, she keeps looking around and eventually falls asleep… no more crying, only after feeding.

Important, we are feeding her gentle NAN pro formula (fully transitioned today). Poops are going okeish, sometimes one every day, sometimes one every 2 days. Green poos. Really smelly farts though…

Ocasionally a bit of spit up as well…

Trying Kassin method and pacing bottle feeding and long burping session after feeding.

Any ideas/similar experience??

Thanns!
