Im looking to switch from FL Medical pot to some home grown… Does anyone have any tips or suggestions I can use to help go about finding some?

My 2007 Ford Focus SES is having an issue where the headlights/radio/ac/accessory icons on dash display will flicker on and off while on the road. The issue seems to be worse at night. Also, seems to not be frequent, just occasionally while driving.

Any directions anyone can point me in? My guess is a ground connection issue causing the left over electricity to dispel back into the car causing the short outs

I recently had my breaks checked at a tire shop and they quoted me (verbal) for $1000 to repair front rotors and brake pads, brake bleed, and replace brake master cylinders for the rear brakes.

For reference, I drive a 2007 Ford Focus SES, with rear drum hydraulics.

What would you guys recommend my next course of action?
-Should I go with this place or find someone else?
- Buy new parts and pay for service
