I dont really read books but now since i got this, i think i will complete it. i have already watched the series and i heard the books is better so i gotta do wht i do and read this fat book and all the other parts

I have a $34 charge from a subscription I cancelled three months ago. Every time I call I get put on hold or transferred and never reach an actual resolution. I've tried twice. Is there a smarter way to go about this that doesn't involve sacrificing another afternoon to hold music?
