I loved robotic notes and wan`t to play the sequel as soon as possible so i wan`t to know if i had to pass by chaos child to understand anything in the plot or i can play dash first and come to chaos child after

Basically in the true ending of C;H, Sakihata didn’t kill Nishijo instead confess to him, and then he accepted it. However, in R;N, there’s a tweep posted by NEIDHARDT(aka nishijo takumi)which says he’s about to spent his Christmas Eve on his own and play some old H-Game. Does that mean Nishijo and Rimi didn’t make it after the true ending of Chaos;Head? Or will their relationship be mentioned in the future of the series? i don`t mind spoilers

i am in my first playthrough through tales of phantasia x(from life bottle productions) and for some reason the third arsia event doesn´t trigger even after beaten origin and unlocking suzu there is something else i need to do?
