Нужно уже сейчас подавать документы в вузы, приёмная комиссия во всех вузах требует подачи доков через этот портал, но этот портал работает некорректно. Требует подтверждения регистрации, игнорирует команды, по скрипту выдаёт одни и те же ошибки о необходимости верификации, а для этого надо ехать в банковские отделения или ещё куда-либо для физической регистрации, при том что я вне РФ, и физически ехать нет возможности. Как решить эту проблему? Уже всё перепробовала.
Someone explain to me why the admission committee treats its duties so biased and why the support of Universitaly is just as irresponsible. Since the 22nd, I have been writing to all departments of Sapienza University regarding enrollment issues. They shrug it off, not wanting to answer questions, and answer three weeks later that enrollment is impossible because they applied late, but how will I apply if there are technical problems with the Universitaly portal? The password is incorrect, although I clearly remember the password, and when I try to recover, the system does not send the recovery link address. What am I supposed to do now if it's not my fault?

Now there’s a new problem. Support did something to my account when I contacted them to change my email address. It’s very strange—I can’t log in anymore, and when I try to reset my password, I don’t receive any emails. It’s been three weeks; why isn't Support resolving the issue properly instead of doing a sloppy job? Usually, when Support takes action on an account, they explain what needs to be done and what they’ve actually done, while also offering recommendations to the user. As it stands, I’ve heard absolutely nothing back.

Già da una settimana mi tivolgo a quelli die supporto e nessus risponde, dimmi cosa devo fare. L'agenzia trattiene i miei dati dal Portale Web Dell"Università Sapienza e DELL'Università, stupidamente Non so dove metterni. Ho presentato un reclamo contro l'agenza, ho cercato di risolvere il problema pacificamente, e continuano a correre e chiedere soldi, rifiutandosi di dare i dati dall-applicazione in base ai miei dati del passaparto. La scadenza brucia già oggi, qualcuno degli italiano aiuta a risolvere il problema.
