Cochlear or AB?

I have my appointment Monday and I will have to chose between these two brands. My audiologist is not supposed to favor one brand over the other. Sometimes I get more feedback than others and sometimes she will answer specific questions or agree with my choice. I will be getting a CI on my right side with a partial insertion with robotic assist. She said today that that would limit my choices. They gave me the thick brochures a few months ago and I am going to read through those again and do some online reading, but if anyone has person experience or empirical evidence, I am interested. Obviously, I want the best hearing/speech recognition I can get, particularly in noisy environments. I use my BT constantly and I wear my HAs about 16 hours a day. I currently have Phonak and Resound HA's and have had a good experience with both. My daily drivers are Phonak Audéo Infinio Ultra Sphere and I am pretty satisfied with them. I understand that I will downgrade to a lesser model in order to be compatible with my CI. Thanks for any feedback. Telling me to listen to my audiologist is not what I'm looking for. She is supposed to be impartial between the two brands and usually is.

Affordable supplement

We recently purchased two 20+ year old geldings. They came from an abuse situation and were underweight when we got them. While they continued to put on weight and the smaller of the two looks pretty good, the larger horse still looked ribby. Our vet suggested we add alfalfa cubes to their diet and add some oil to their grain/cubes. We have tried a few kinds and are currently using wheatgerm oil. They all seem to cost more than $25/gal. I would like to find something with nutritional value that is less expensive. I also use it for my goats a few days a month, so I don't want something with selenium. I am not looking for a diagnosis or any second-guessing, just looking for suggestions of an alternative nutrituous oil to mix in with their grain/alfalfa cubes. Thanks.

Duneske v. Team Skeptic

In his latest video, TS said he was going to court a few days ago as LD had filed an order of protection against him. I can't find anything on it. Anyone have any info?

Adjusting my PING G30 LS driver

I have a PING G30 LS driver (9dg) that I was fitted for several years ago. When I was fitted, I was casting pretty badly. I was hitting the ball long and straight or with a slight draw and a relatively high trajectory. Over the past few years, I've taken lessons and reduced or eliminated the casting. I didn't use my driver for years, but am trying to put it back in the rotation. When I hit center of the club face with a reasonably good swing, I am getting a fairly low hook (20-30 ft in the air, more than a draw, less than a duck hook) that I can sometimes get in the fairway. I imagine that now that I am not casting, a 10.5dg driver would probably be a better fit. I looked into adjusting my G30, but if I understand it correctly, while adding a degree of loft, I will also increase the draw bias. I realize that I may need to get a new driver, but I would like to get some more use out of this one if possible. What should I do? I am not going to try to significantly adjust my swing as I only have this issue with the driver. Thanks.

Looking for a better rate, considering PiBank or ValorFi

I've been an Everbank customer for a year or more. I guess that I missed the part about the rate I signed up for being and "introductory" rate. They are current at 3.39% with a 3.45%APY, which is about a percent less than I signed up for. I keep about $35K and add more from time to time as we come into extra pocket cash. I've looked at some information and rankings and have generally narrowed it down to either PiBank for ValorFi (Heroes account). I am aware of the PiBank wire-out issue. I bank at Chase and it looks like it is pretty trivial to have the incoming fee waved. Thanks.
