Goku didn't feel outerverseal. When Goku granted ssg and outer level power, he didn't grant a new point of view nor shed his mortal form, he continued to fight as he always does but stronger. Goku and Beerus create shock waves that can affect the outerversal otherworld yet somehow the mortal universe still exists.

I know there's an explanation for this, I know the Shockwave  get stronger the further from the source for some reason and that dc  don't alway equal Ap

I think this is why weaker characters often feel that they should scale higher than goku.

I think as the law of cycle, she is omnipresence to a multiversal/universal level across time but I don't think her AP changed from when she on shooting Kriemhild Gretchen(a future version of her.)

Kriemhild Gretchen is larger than earth so she is at least planetary. I'm pretty sure the universe/multiverse restructured because she time traveled to and changed events at every point in time simultaneously.

in dragonball, goku's body created the white hair form to use UI better and vegeta created UE to new haki better and to rival goku' MUI. Could gohan beast be created by gohan's body and the ultimate/mystic to defeat cell max?

if was able is rewrite dbz battle of gods,  I would have vegeta gain ssj3 mid ritual because wanted to be a ssg too. I would have goku's mortal body and vegeta's hand(because vegeta was in ssj3(instead of ssj like he since had been for the ritual, overcharging the ritual gain vegeta god ki too because wanted to be a ssg too) be destroyed from the god ki grant by the ssg ritual.

Goku start 'fight' with beerus with a divine body(vegeta also had a divine hand) Only beerus, vegeta, whis, and the kais can see goku.

Goku had became god but without a mortal body couldn't fight beerus as he wanted to, so his grows a mortal body that can handle god ki(creating red hair ssg) only to appearing and fight as the red haired ssg for seconds before he dropped out of ssg(like in the og anime) because creating the body used up most of the god ki.

Goku continue fought beerus in base not noticing the god ki is gone, feeling even stronger than before. seeing this vegeta regenerate his hands subconsciously.
