Is this normal?!

Help! My period is due in 8 days, but even when it was 12 days away, I started feeling absolutely ravenous. I’ve never experienced this before. I can eat a full meal and still feel hungry shortly afterward.
I did have a mild case of food poisoning about a week ago, so I’m not sure if that could be related. I just hate feeling this hungry all the time because I’ve never eaten this much and still felt so unsatisfied.
Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this before their period?

Mild food poisoning?

This morning around 6 a.m. I suddenly got nauseous and threw up. I had been dealing with a lot of anxiety overnight and woke up with a headache, drank some water, took Advil, and then threw up shortly after.

After vomiting I felt a bit better, but my stomach has been really bubbly and noisy, and I’ve had several soft bowel movements (not full-on diarrhea but the two poops I had were closer to the wet side ). I still feel a little off and have a slight headache, but I was able to eat and keep food down.

I’m wondering if it could be food poisoning because a few days ago my boyfriend and I had a leftover burrito that accidentally sat out at room temperature overnight wrapped in foil instead of being refrigerated, and I think I ate some of it later.

Has anyone had food poisoning that mainly lasted about 8 hours and then started improving? Or does this sound more like a stomach bug or anxiety?
