I am Crim. I want to be Iri

This was my first season seriously playing ranked. I was able to hit Crim. Up into this point in the game, i mainly played resurgence solos, and I have around a 1.8kd, and considered myself a good player. Being closer to the top of the skill level put a lot into perspective for me. I am not nearly as good as I thought I was. The difference between and a Crim player and a decent Iri player is a pretty large skill gap. But that is a gap I want to bridge. I want to hit Iri. I’ve found good teammates, and have been going up SR, but my gameplay still feels extremely poor at such high levels of play.

To Iri players, or really anyone, do you have any specific pieces of advice for improving my game?

I finally hit Crim

Just hit crimson. Kind of crazy to think about how far I have come as player. Been playin warzone regularly for about a year and a half now. Despite how pisses off this game makes me some times, I really do enjoy it.

House of Chains

750 pages into House of Chains. I am enjoying it a lot, but in all honesty i’m having more trouble understand what’s going on than any other Malazan book i’ve read. I feel like i’m constantly having to reread and recall what’s happening with certain characters. And while this is typical for me to do with any Malazan book, it’s been particularly bad with this one. Also some important lore events are going completely over my head. I still have no idea what the emerald shit Herobric is messing with is. Also confused by the shadow, dark and light warrens, and how they are all connected. Warrens honestly still confuse me.

I guess my point in making this post is it ask, did any of you also have trouble with this book? Or is this a me issue?

Looking for ranked teammate.

Looking for ranked teammate willing to grind ranked this summer. Looking to get to crimson. I am a 1.8 kd player, other team mate is a 1.6. Would prefer teammate at similar skill level.

I am currently ranked diamond 2, other teammate is gold, but he just started on ranked.

Currently on vacation, so wouldn’t be able to play until next week.

First 30+ kill game

Finally got my first 30 bomb. Ended with 31 kills and the win. What makes it crazy is that it was in solos. I got really lucky with the lobby, but I still finally did it.

I was panicking on that last kill. Those invisible self revived are pretty good.

Q1 Essay

Does anyone remember the exact wording of the Q1 poetry essay prompt? Did the complexity specifically have to be about jogging?
